I don't see why Knight can't play in CM as a box to box midfielder with Bird sitting deeper spraying balls around and Hourihane drifting around. Or at times in the game a 4231 can soon change into a 433. He can also do a job outwide on the right but for me is isn't a right back and we shouldn't be wasting him out there.

That's a shame. He the was the one out of all of them who left this summer who I felt we needed the most.

He is at a good age now and appears to be fairly tall which hopefully would help at set peices.

It's a long season and wing backs need players needing fresh legs. They would both have plenty of minutes over the course of the season.

 A right back surley needs to be the priority at the moment. Don't know too much about D Sterling or Ferguson to be fair, would you have a preference between them?

Knight as RB as what stands out to me as something which doesnt look or feel right. I like the look of the rest of the team though and look forward to McGoldrick being fit.

Concerning we don't have an experienced natural right back. Surley has to be priority if Byrne doesn't look like he will playing for us again.

Fwiw. I think the fact Bielik is still here is essentially why nobody else has signed yet. 

We are clearly needing him off the wage bill. His wages alone will cover 3 players.

Or maybe Bryne is he doesn't want to play for us? Don't want players around who don't want to be here.

I already have my season ticket now thankfully, however why don't they offer half season tickets (for half the price) then in a few months time those who purchase a half season  ticket could the purchase another half season ticket in the seat.

Hourihane & Knight could do a job there if needed but I think they will be more advanced.

We also have Sibley for that number 10 role. I don't think we need any more CMs unless someone goes.

I think we are light though outwide and with full backs.

Still looks like he training with and at the club but no contact has yet to be agreed yet. Surley it is in the pipeline?

Josh Murphy would be a great addition to an area where we are a little light. He would certainly had the quality and is at the right age to make a impact.

That's a good start. Hopefully he is decent.

Don't know much about him but we are stacked though the centre of the pitch but have few options outwide. Hopefully he will get a chance to prove himself tonight.

I see Fozzy is starting again? surley we must have some confidence he will sign a new deal?

On a similar note what has happened to Byrne? is still at the club atm or is he just a free agent?

I don't know much about him but I do feel another winger/wide forward would be an welcome addition. 

Then another RB and left back and we are about there imo.
