7 days to first game can't wait. Travelling next Saturday

I like his fall to the floor after catching the ball ,
Looked like Accrington fans being wound up every time he went down

I once went to Plymouth away with two broken legs a broken arm and temporary loss of sight and hearing and I walked there and back on my own.

Used to get the RAM newspaper-match day program sent to me bitd or brought down by a the Ripley man that worked for my old man in 70s this is how I become a Derby fan in 1970 after he was telling me about this new manager called BC and how he got Derby into division one....
Yer I know I'm a glory fan

I have been watching Derby County for close on 50 years and rarely has there been a season where the fans haven't singled a player out for unfair criticism.
After last season when the fans tended to get behind most of the players, will we have the resolution to carry that on, or will we revert to type and do our best to destroy the confidence of at least one scapegoat?
After reading many of the comments following the friendlies, my personal opinion is that James Chester is starting from a point where our fans will quickly turn against him if WE don't start well and if he continues to get in ahead of Chashin. Neither of these issues can be completely controlled by Chester but I feel that he is the early front runner.
Cause he is Welsh, same old story lol ?

Despite the lower level, this season will likely see lower ticket allocations, folk wanting to visit "new-to-me-grounds", and hopefully us winning a fair quota of away games.
Last season was more for the "Die-Hard"... for which they (and you) are (rightly, imo) being rewarded this season, with the set priority.I suspect we'll see a healthy number of away day sell outs this season, even in a meh mid-table scenario. ?
I Kew Bruce Willis was a ram, that's why a white tshirt all time

Ticket harvesting got so bad with Scotland that the SFA made fans pick up your ticket at a set place in the away city / town and you had to show photographic proof.
They still do this periodically to deter harvesting.
1 no show and your away points were set to zero.
Same as for Wales games. I was ranked 2000 until ticket collection now 750ish
My lad couldn't get an away ticket for years until fans had to collect in person

What's stopping you buying an away ticket and not go , sell ticket to some one else so to keep on the top phase?

we all give praise and he deserved it, putting up with the nightmare of morris decision to put club into admin. he was a leader of the team... the fans.. the work staff etc etc. he could have walked out end of last season when we was relegated but he didnt. a true leader that was going to take us back up, i heard him say he was staying to help us get back up to championship .............
then quits to be with his family... un timley but understandable after his few years here......
now boarding a plane for the yanky dollar.
-
As many discussions over Tom, more than he deserved imo ... but even I think he could paid back trust and support with 2 year contract and go after promotion back...
But he is a one season wonder for Ipswich and one for us..
Still bitter
