Hey guys been back to hospital injection was unsuccessful and after another set of x Ray's the bone that has not healed they are taking me in the operation in 4 to 6 months time and I have arthritis in my big toe to boot. And I will need special boot again after op and then 6 to 8 weeks to recovery so sadly I will miss part of next season but I will be back asp after the op is done.

These players are not robots, they are human beings, people with friends and family. 

Playing football for Derby County is their job, they are paid handsomely and given minimal time off during the summer to enjoy with their friends and family.

They have a responsibility to return to pre season training in shape, that does not mean they can’t relax, have a few alcoholic drinks and enjoy themselves wherever in the world they want to be.
