It’s difficult mate, we obviously have a much smaller fan base and therefore it’s difficult to get something “official” organised. The supporters trust are reluctant to organise anything because of the potential trouble that could occur.
We had a few hundred March from the town centre to the ground last year and obviously the last game was halted when a couple of hundred invaded the pitch, but Swann (owner) holds all the aces and has pulled a similar stunt to your owner by taking the ground/land and transferring it into his parent company. He wiped off £11million we owed his company after years of reckless spending in league one.

Like I say, we are completely up sh1t creek, but to see some of the support we are getting from supporters like yourselves won’t be forgotten.

It only seems like yesterday when we played you in the league cup, Lee Buchanan made his professional debut and scored a late winner. It would seem both of us have been through the ringer since that day - we seem to be coming out of it, hopefully you guys can too!

You need a army of your fans get press involved and mps.
That's how we got rid of mel and final defeated efl.
We took 10k march to the ground and make known that we ate fighting for our club.
But I wish you all getting your club and to live and on thrive.

Seeing on social media that there are a few of you buying tickets to come and show your support for my local side, Scunthorpe United-who are getting ran into the ground by an incompetent owner- on Saturday. We are drinking in the last chance saloon with a winding up order and no money left in the pot to pay any wages.
Thank you chaps, it’s much appreciated by our supporters.

    Up the Rams.

If the information provided by SalarySport (https://salarysport.com/about-us/) is correct (nb. it's likely not, but probably provides a fair relative estimate), then we have the second highest wage budget in the league, despite the cap set by the EFL.

I arrived about 5 minutes before kick-off and it didn't seem like the stewards knew what they were doing. We were just told to go in any gate and sit anywhere ?‍♂️

Rubbish view, not the best of games, took ages to get home, those last few minutes made up for everything though.

As a Vale fan I was gutted after the match but the consensus among our fans was that the best team won. Thought we edged a tetchy first half but after scoring we sat back and invited you on and you duly obliged. Last 20 minutes you looked like a top of the table side. That was the best our goalie has played all season! Unfortunately both our main strikers(Ellison and Wilson)! are out injured so we were VERY limited up front. As for the away following, I thought you lot were superb. Sang loudly all through the match apart from, understandably, the 10 mins after we scored. I've supported Vale since 1969 and think overall that was THE best overall away backing I've heard in that time. You should be proud. That stand you were in has excellent acoustics and will be our home end next season with away fans being housed in the stand opposite you last night. As for on the pitch I'd say, though you only really started playing late on, you were the second best team I've seen at Vale Park this season, with Ipshit being clearly the best. Hope you get promoted with Sjoke City exchanging places with you! Again, great effort by your support last night! Our pitch is s*** but looked like Wembley compared to the old Baseball Ground mud heap of the 70s. Didn't seem to hinder Kevin Hector, Roger Davies or Alan Hinton? too much though.

Well, I never expected a Tuesday evening trip to Burslem to turn into one of THE great away games. Decent pubs beforehand, 80-odd minutes of amazing support and a feeling that it was going to be one of those nights when we just weren't going to score and then.... WOW!
There's something about that word "limbs" which irritates me, but there's no other way to describe what happened after NML banged in the winner. Bodies everywhere ?
Port Vale were so up for the game, the ending must have been traumatic for them. We've been there too many times and know exactly how it feels. But this team is unrelenting, somehow they found that bit extra to go even harder at a stage when PV were out on their feet.
NML, Didsy, Dobbin, Springett and the metronome that is Jason Knight in particular pulled it out of the bag, but it's unfair to pick out individuals really because this group is, above all, the very definition of a TEAM.
Finally, the message chalked on the slate outside the boarded-up Red Lion pub said it all : Welcome Home Robbie Williams.
I hope he enjoyed it as much as I did.

Being up in the posh seats last night, it gave me a much different look at our away support. I can honestly say, without bias, if that support had been in the away end at Pride Park we'd have unanimously said it was the best away following we had seen in a long time. Didn't stop the entire game.

Played a key role in the winner by working hard to keep the ball in play when it would have been much easier to let in roll out. About 3 seconds later the ball was in their net.

Just got home, I'm hoarse, got sore knees from too much bouncing and ringing in my ears from the absolute bonkers noise in the away end.
It's nights like these that David Clowes has given us back when they were so nearly taken away from us.
As for arguing about budgets and squad values, tonight of all nights!  There's only one thing you need to know - the togetherness of owner, squad, fans - it is priceless.

We were right behind the goal, 3 rows back. It was absolutely mental when we got the winner, random blokes hugging and jumping on each other. I haven’t embraced that many strange men since that party round Michael Barrymore’s
