Talking about luck Forest are a counter attacking side and desperately need the opposition to attack them and Southampton have to get a result tonight so they will leave gaps trying - huge opportunity for the Red dogs as Leicester are shedding goals galore alongside Leeds.

Hopefully we play hard ball with Birmingham but we are stuck aren’t we - we can’t afford his wages in this league and he doesn’t want to play in this league but I suspect we still owe Arsenal money so another wammy - we aren’t doing very well out of this very expensive transfer, in fact Birmingham probably got the best value out of it.

Considering the landscape of football post Covid, where teams just aren’t spending money in the same fashion, they aren’t the players that demand decent money. Knight maybe more because if he leaves at the end of his contract then we go to a tribunal and him being a full international gives us decent leverage. 

I get all of that but they have been playing in a period of extreme restrictions imposed on the club - what would they be like with better pegs around them ? Who knows maybe we never will but it’s difficult to think they can’t do much better

Does anyone know when this so-called EFL review of our financial restrictions is likely to be held, and ergo, when DCFC know precisely what limitations they will be up against this summer transfer window?  Is there a specific date?
Do we really have a few extra weeks head start over the play off teams, or are our hands still tied at this point?  🤷‍♂️

I think that’s the end of Belick who needs to be sold if we can get any money for him as we probably still owe Arsenal upcoming instalments

He did ok, we should have made the play offs based on where we were but the officials in various games made a concerted effort to stop that from happening. We’re we better under Rosinior - no we were poor and very lucky to achieve what points we achieved at home whilst unlucky away. interesting to see what happens going forward.

I know what you mean but they didn’t look out of place in the championship either which basically indicates that there isn’t much difference with the majority of the clubs in the two divisions

The likes of Bird, Knight and Sibley are ok players with Bird and knight putting in a lot of good performances in particular, but I don't think we'll have many teams biting our hands off to take them. I believe we turned down a bid of £4 million for Bird from Burnley in January - we couldn’t spend any of it even if we had sold him 

Oh and there’s no chance we will see Belick play for us again as I expect him sold or simply released 

Proud to have had the lad play for my club - today was a poor back pass but it wasn’t  a foul and as such not a sending off 

If the likes of Knight and Bird receive decent offers you would expect the club to be looking to take the money so there are some difficult days coming in the next few months 

Let’s see who we can keep and where we can improve the team - an even hand from referees would improve everything very quickly 

Been very busy today - I have just seen that decision to give a penalty  what a disgrace by their player and a terrible decision by the referee again against us. To make it worse I have just seen the highlights from the Barnsley game who should have had two stonewall penalties against Peterborough. 
positives - it now saves me a lot of money in May ! 
over the season we have had the most dreadful decisions go against us repeatedly whilst we have simply not put the ball in the net often enough and we easily could have had an extra 20-25 points but we are where we are so let’s see who wants to stay and who we can get to improve the team.

Apparently in the new stand built at Fulham the season tickets are going to be £3000 per season

Considering SKY basically only has the EFL to give to its viewers for the high cost of a TV package - the premiership offerings is well divided domestically between BT and Amazon and SKY has zero European cup football to offer. Yes it’s a very poor offer to the EFL

it’s only really Sheff Utd who are benefiting, getting them for a second year in the Championship 

 

edit: forgot Coventry in the playoffs and Sunderland just outside them too 

They have all those points because Derby Leeds and Red dogs are not there to stop them having any

And there has been many more seasons where they have given many more if asked - Barnsley are a decent club for that 

Shall we just beat sheff Wednesday on Sunday whilst Bolton lose to Bristol rovers and Peterborough lose to Barnsley then we can play Barnsley and they can give us over 6000 tickets like always
