Yes it's the rules apparently. As the refs can add further time on at their discretion (most commonly for timewasting in stoppage time). So the rules are that you can't show added time in case it goes over and the players, and the crowd start questioning the ref's discretion
Same reason they can replay goals on the big screen, but they can't replay contentious decisions like offsides, handballs  red cards etc
Basically nothing that can undermine the authority of the ref's decisions
 

Also, international breaks.  No proper football for a week - and I am not a 24/7 football fan.
If it were up to me I'd get rid of all the international breaks, shorted the season by 8 weeks (or whatever it'd save) and then have the qualifying groups as short tournaments at the end of the season in odd number years.

Entrances to Westfield/Intu Centre in Derby where there are 3 sets of double glass doors, and only one of the doors automatically opens (essentially for disabled people, people with push chairs etc) yet able-bodied people still stand and queue to get through the automatic door rather than be bothered to manually open the other two sets of doors RIGHT THERE

Whichever guy it is that routinely drops his guts in the South Stand bogs before every game. Seriously - you have something BADLY wrong with your innards mate

On that; the women in my office on Slimming World who complain they've not lost any weight, but refuse to acknowledge they're still grazing on biscuits and treats all day. Who then get upset at me when I point this out. 
I will admit I am on said diet, I have stuck to it and lost a decent chunk of weight this past month, what helps has not been eating a pack of biscuits every day! 

Haha. My very first game at home to Brighton this season I got the phone out at half time to check scores (briefly - I'm not obsessed with the thing ) and couldn't get any sort of connection.
Never even bothered trying since. Now I just stand up and do 15 minutes of mindfulness taking in the magnificent views of Pride Park. What a superb ground it really is.

People who get their phones out at halftime at Pride Park and get all frustrated that there is no network available, constantly hitting refresh. I see the same people doing it every game. Just accept it mate!

I think after 184 pages some of the annoyances are veering towards the petty

what??? they have straps specially purpose made and fitted for comfortable shoulder carriage, leaving the hands free for things like steering your handle bars, holding your map, or making notes of train carriage numbers in your notebook.

When your poo-routine goes out of kilter and you end up having to go at work every day instead of the comfort of your own throne

Funnily enough, I was having an issue with Derby City Council recently which I was struggling to get help with.
In a frustrated moment I contacted the Derby Telegraph and explained the (very boring) story to them and asked if they were interested in doing a piece  on it.
The News Desk  virtually snapped my hand off and were pushing me to meet up with the journalist.
In the meantime the Council finally got in touch and were really helpful and resolved the issue almost immediately and very professionally.
I called the paper back and explained it was resolved and that I was happy to go ahead with the story as a “good news” piece about how helpful the Council had been, and they said “not interested, we only want stories about the council being crap” ?!

I prefer to go at work.  There's a lovely spacious disabled loo that nobody except me uses, where I can gather my thoughts and not have to listen to blokes who believe the louder the bowel movements, the manlier they are.

Didn't hurt, just very scratchy! Really pleased.
