If fozzy re signs,  we'll still need another LB, and if Byrne stays we'll still need cover at RB, presumably if the Brighton pair sign and Curtis re signs Gk,Cd, Mid sorted unless we lose so.eone, if we sign Collins as well, means Cf sorted, although I'd like a younger cf to come in personally,  ( Oliver for example). Still thing we need 3 more wide players as well, still,  it's going to be interesting and it's so nice to be talking about football related stuff

Sheyi Ojo has been let go by Liverpool. Quick winger who's spent the last few years out on loan at clubs such as Millwall, Cardiff and Rangers. Seemed to be in and out of the Millwall team last season.

John Marquis. Didn't pull up any trees with Lincoln last year but is a proven goalscorer at this level in the past (around a goal every 3 games on average over the last 5-6 years).

Vadaine Oliver. Strong centre-forward. Managed around a 1 in 3 strike rate in a Gillingham side that battled relegation (and did get relegated eventually) both years he was there. It'd be interesting to see if he could improve on that with better service.

I would think the deal will conclude quite quickly now, I'd imagine discussions have been ongoing with admin/efl what is needed for bid to go through smoothly and in the shortest time frame ( hopefully)

Just a thought, but we heard that local businessmen were looking at securing dcfc future short term, just wondering then if this gives other parties more time to get the right deal to purchase dcfc of our (hopefully) new owner??

According to BBC,  CK has told them he expects the deal to go through today.
