JAT got a reaction from The Scarlet Pimpernel in Serdar Dursun
I don’t think he’s in a dilemma.
He tasked Cocu with introducing academy talent and reducing the age and wages of squad.
He’s done this, so he should now be in a position to support him with where the squad needs improving.

Adds some height for defending set pieces too. Hugely important.

Loving the yellow transfer news ticker. Brilliant work. Ignore the haters!

It keeps drawing my eye away from what I’m trying to read, then I get halfway through seeing what it says only for it to skip randomly to the beginning, then I read it again and finally get to the end only to realise I’ve read it fourteen times already and am none the wiser.

JAT reacted to Carl Sagan in RamsTV Feedback
I'd expect the club to be fined for showing the penalty on the big screens. Everyone knows that this isn't allowed, so I presume it was a calculated call to whip the fans up and put pressure on the referee. Sadly there wasn't enough time for it to make a difference. Here's Lee Johnson commenting on it:

JAT got a reaction from Pearl Ram in RamsTV Feedback
Just watched the preview show. Great stuff!
Nice to see that players who can't be involved are still adding value.
Really impressed with what the club have done with Rams TV, showing the rest of the EFL how to do it!

How about ... GTA and Uncharted?
Have you completed GTA V and Uncharted 1,2 & 3? If not then there is the remastered versions on PS4, Uncharted has all 3 on a disc.
Currently playing Fallout 4 and highly recommend that.
Other games I recommend are:
Bloodborne Until Dawn Destiny The Last of Us Rayman Legends Tomb Raider Middle-Earth: Shadow of Mordor Knack, Watch Dogs and Killzone should all be around a fiver each and are worth picking up at that price, Knack especially.

JAT reacted to LesterRam in Depression, anxiety, stress and other related issues
good post, working online is notorious for depression and I have now been online my entire adult life and mostly on my own, if I can give advice on what I have found out with trial and error...
never use any device, laptop or anything that radiates light an hour before going to sleep, something about the blue light removes melatonin which enables you to sleep.
buy a sad lamp, they do work.
regular exercise, just go and take a brisk walk.
talk to colleagues and try and keep it upbeat.
never take work home with you, leave it in the office.
I can talk but if I have a lot of work on I will break all these rules and my mood deepens, probably hence my negative posts
hope your ok Mostyn and please try my ideas mate because this is 20+ years research that works for me.
