I reckon Joshua was fitter than he has ever been since turning Pro. He was lighter on his feet and wasn't blowing through his rear end after 5 or 6 rounds. Ruiz was really over weight but still looked fitter after 12 rounds than Dillian Whyte did after 6 and also must has a chin of granite to not even wobble when Joshua did connect.

Went to visit somebody at the Royal Derby hospital earlier and noticed a Rams flag flying from the flagpole outside the main entrance, Meant to take a picture but had other things on my mind and forgot. But it's good to see the whole city getting behind the Rams.

Death happens all the time, I know this, but my mate Neil was put through the ultimate cruelty of pain and illness. He had bad diabetes, then sepsis, survived those for a while whilst having to live on crutches awaiting a hip operation that never came cos his organs were so damaged and his blood too tainted. 
In the end his heart stopped, his brain died and this afternoon his body shut down and he faded away within ten minutes of the ventilator being switched off, me and several others lost a massive part of our lives ?

I'm so glad I didn't drag my eldest lad along to this. I told him earlier on, we could go and take the dcfc flag along and give Lowe & Shinnie a big cheer and maybe get some pictures, if they do a lap around the pitch after the game etc.
