I reckon we've all treated someone shabbily at some time in our lives.
I wasn't Cloughs biggest admirer when he was with the treetards and had a couple of words with him one night in the Joiners when he told me I was sitting in his chair, and he wasn't best pleased,  but nobody can fault his achievements.

Football is a sport and is about getting results for me.
If I want to be guaranteed entertainment,  I'll go and watch a band I like or pop to the pictures.
If I felt like you,  I'd seriously find something else to do with my time and money and save myself from the misery.

I have been known to be a tad insensitive at times,  but I genuinely meant it as a bit of advice.
And as for being called "kiddo" I've been called a lot worse over the years and took it as a compliment.

I'd imagine we all want that, no?

But wanting that, whilst accepting what we have, is a million miles away from:
a/  Hating the way we play.
b/  Struggling to motivate oneself to make the effort to drive 115 miles each way for a game.
c/  Feeling no connection (and never have done) with any professional footballer regardless of whether they’re ‘honest pros’ or not.

To suggest @ossieram's response was "pretty ridiculous" is erm... well... pretty ridiculous, imo.
I utterly agree with his comment... and those of others... that suggest perhaps @Jayram might consider a wee break, away from The Rams, at least until such time as he can (hopefully) rekindle the connection, and revitalise his motivation to begin attending again.
Perhaps a totally different hobby/pastime is indeed the way to go.
@Jayram's current mood appears... in this instance at least... to be worryingly unhealthy, and I wish him all the best.

Each to their own. I drove from Northumberland to watch the game, thoroughly enjoyed watching the team ( my team) fight for 97 minutes to win the match, “sprung” off my seat when Kenzo scored and felt total connection with both management and players.

I don’t dispute that we’re both Rams fans. I have been for nearly 60 years. I fully appreciate what David Clowes has done to keep the Club alive. I think Paul Warne has done an excellent job in very difficult circumstances.

Happily, I have realistic expectations so am unlikely to be disappointed whatever happens next. I might even be pleasantly surprised as some of our new players appear to be a great improvement on last season.

I think it’s a shame that you can’t enjoy what’s happening. That’s your right. I might not quite understand it but I’m sure neither of us cares how the other one feels😎

f*** em! Go on strike, see how much sympathy they get.
I'm a postman, I walk 10 miles a day, cycle 12 miles a day to get to and from work, get treated like sh*t, and get paid less per year than an average footballer gets paid a week, f*ckin jokers. If they aren't happy stop doing it and find a different job.

So I need to take notes from someone that doesn’t watch the team these days, that he says he supports, but occasionally watches the highlights then asks others to see how they performed.
I enjoy my own positivity and enjoy the positivity of others within the club and outside of the club, the folk that want to get behind the club, and to try and help it move it forwards, by feeling a part of it, and being able to take a defeat on the chin, without looking for the faults, the mistakes, and feeling by highlighting them or constantly dwelling on them or expecting the future to be full of them by posting them all over social media for everyone that chooses to read them to paint a damaging picture of our wonderful club or for such to outweigh all the positivity, whilst I can rejoice and celebrate a win, and a draw, in whatever way the team has performed in achieving such a positive result.
I love howling at the moon. 🖤
    I love Paul Warne. 🖤
I love Derby County Football Club. 🖤

Normally stay quiet but read some real dross on here.

    1. Yes, we are all entitled to opinions
    2. Yes, we all play fantasy football leagues
    3. Yes, we all want Pep to confirm the way our team plays is okay

    4. Get real. That ain't football.

Until people realise there are only a finite number of "superstars" and they will always go to the top 5 teams in Europe. Football is doomed because it doesn't share around success like American Football. Leicester winning the league is the biggest and best anomaly ever and will NEVER happen again.
Us fans need to get used to watered down success. The gamble to play at the big boys table is way too much now. Fashiri at Everton is 500 Mill lighter with a team who may well get relegated and it may finish them.

On to Derby, Paul Warne cares, he cares about the clubs he manages and wants to play football the right way  but you have to have the players to do it. I actually see him as an Alex Fergsuon type, lobger we keep him the better we get.
I would also like to see a change where clubs employ a manager because they believe in him and the players dance to his tune, they are the ones who get shipped out due to failure. It could happen if we take agents away
