Really enjoyed reading the article, a welcome distraction from our current problems and brought back many great memories.

We enjoyed the signings because we stupidly and wrongly thought that Morris and DCFC could afford these signings....but if we knew it was putting our club in jeopardy of course we would'nt...
what?? are we supposed to not like every signing because we think the controller/owner/man in charge of our football club is gambling with our future???? No we/ I thought Morris is a business man knows how to run a business so you trust him......only to over spend....not pay the tax man and then walk away....please wake up and smell the coffee mate....its a ludicrous statement to make saying did we like the signings?? of course we did....what we did not know was we had someone slowly sentencing our club to all of this misery.....He was and is responsible for this and he should be giving the stadium back as he's walked away from debt he orchestrated!! fact?

At this point there is not much point in continuing any kind of discussion with you when that's how you want to play this.

I think if anything it is quite a relief that a large part of their claim is based on something that DCFC were categorically cleared of.
So we have two claims. One moaning that Derby’s accounts were submitted within an EFL permitted timeframe. And one moaning that Derby sold their stadium despite a categorical not guilty verdict on that. These are holding the takeover up, meaning we cannot sign players, cannot give players new contracts (so are losing them for sweet FA) and are facing liquidation. Meanwhile the EFL sit there and say “yes but technically if they win they will be football creditors” which by law isn’t even true.

I thought that as well last time I was there, looked like it just needed a good clean and a few weeds clearing too.
I guess that general maintenance should be the responsibility of the stadium owner!
