  1. I'd probably avoid any and all options involving shyte, to be fair.
  2. And they're off again, six targets bombed within an hour of the truce ending and the indiscriminate slaughter picks up pretty much where it left off. In truth, the IDF continued unabated in the West Bank throughout the truce anyway, so any hope for a lasting ceasefire was clearly wishful thinking. Unsurprisingly, Israel has claimed Hamas attempted to fire a rocket an hour prior to the end of the truce and maybe they did. Who knows? What is clear is that there have been repeated Israeli airstrikes since 05.00 local time. I expect they're just mopping a few more 'Top Hamas Commanders'.
  3. Really depressing news around Owen Farrell who has literally been hounded out of international rugby. It's unbelievable the kind of two-bob ****s the big tournaments attract, but sadly, with the exposure to a wider audience comes exposure to braindead morons looking for someone to hate on. I think his career is drawing to a close anyway and he isn't the player he once was, but to see England's leading point scorer treated this way by so-called fans makes my blood boil. Having given all he has to England and the game in general, how must he feel now to have to leave because folk are threatening his f****** family? It's almost incredible. Much of the blame lies with the MSM whom I feel created the pile on in the first place and some alleged rugby correspondents really do deserve a good slapping. I'd love to know how many of these press 'experts' have even played the game to a standard. W*****s. Between them and the clowns at the RFU, it's small wonder players are heading to France in their droves 🤬 https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/rugby-union/67568885
  4. Other options are available...
  5. John Jules , John Jules , John Jules , John Juuullleeess, John Jules has only managed the one goaaaaaaal. (Repeat as many times as you can be arsed)
  6. Yep, that's what I meant by 'tells its own story'. To be honest, it's felt that way from the off and more so with the benefit of hindsight. He's apparently lost 3 million UK users already, but they are all tofu munching wokerati like me and it does seem that's the plan.
  7. Wheels are off completely now. He's just told advertisers threatening to pull their business over his outbursts to, 'go f*** yourselves', which I think pretty much tells its own story 😂
  8. 1 Wildsmith 7.0 - as consistent a stopper as we've had in bloomin years 24 Nyambe 6.0 - off it by his standards 35 Nelson 8.0 - imperious, I thought, best game for the Rams yet 6 Cashin 7.5 - £3m looks cheap to me 3 Forsyth 7.0 - Mr Derby, dependable as ever after an early wobble 4 Hourihane 6.5 - nondescript, but pressed like a man possessed to help defend our lead 2 Wilson 7.5 - always positive and a neat box of tricks up his sleeve - think he's having fun 22 Fornah 7.5 - the L1 Vieira 8 Bird 6.5 - knitted things together just fine but slightly subdued perhaps 11 Méndez-Laing 8.0 - in electric form and the whole crowds takes a breath when he's on the ball - MOTM again - need to mind him a bit 9 Collins 6.5 - worked really hard 19 John-Jules 7.5 - more of that please son - seemed really happy to have scored and perhaps he'll prove the jewel we all hoped 7 Barkhuizen 6.0 - did ok but still looks a little out of sorts - when firing, he's a real asset, so we need to get his confidence levels up somehow 17 Sibley 6.5 - quietly effective, as, in fairness, he typically is at FB - not his favoured position I'm sure, but he let no one down 5 Bradley 6.5 - I somehow missed him coming on so he gets a 6.5 as I gather nothing went wrong, which is good, right?
  9. I assume folk are talking about Jonathan Morgan. He's stood down pending the outcome of an investigation into his behaviour which does not sound good, but there's nothing concrete as yet to confirm that the two things are definitely linked. https://m.independent.ie/sport/soccer/sheffield-united-womens-team-manager-under-investigation-following-complaint-over-alleged-behaviour/a1384715174.html
  10. It's a tough league, so many good teams.
  11. Glad to hear things appear to be improving mate. Just in time for Christmas!
  12. 60 minutes for TJJ? It's occurred to me that he and Dajaune are pretty much like for like which will likely lead to further angst. I feel like we definitely have some youth worth looking at, but the clammer to start academy products outside of the cup games I don't really get, especially when we appear to be on a roll right now. Hopefully we get a few more games where Warne feels safe enough to give them some minutes, if not starts.
  13. I can't fathom it at all, especially as some of those screeching the worst are the same folk that told us all he would be a L1 cheat code. Way too many chip pissers out there too, though they are slightly less tedious. Anyway, back on topic, loving looking at this: It's tightening up at the top and if we win our next game we'll be the most in-form team in the division, with 5 wins from from our last 5 games. It's fair to say that we've still a bit to prove, but it still feels pretty sweet right now and a good window could see us right in the mix. COYR
  14. And I merely responded to the point you made, did I not? You could have chosen to do likewise and address the points I made, but instead you've chosen to simply smear the Palestinians further. l think I'll take a rain check on further 'debate' as the whole 'the Arabs are just as bad' schtick isn't remotely compelling for me and I seriously doubt that the Palestinians are sat around completing polls right now anyway. Too busy burying their dead, I'd imagine.
  15. A decent enough performance. Another 3 points, this time away from home and with a clean sheet to boot, which the coaches will absolutely love. Could it be that patience is now beginning to reap its own rewards? With games coming thick and fast right through to the New Year, we are finishing the year in as good form as any side in the division and while tonight's was not a flashy performance, a la Barnsley, or Northampton, I thought it was thoroughly professional and comfortable enough, if truth be told. COYR
  16. Yeah, TJJ, your soon to be next mancrush.
  17. How's he got a hand on that? Brilliant save.
  18. Well that's a revealing school of thought, though not in the way I sense you intended. If, as you claim, there is almost wholesale support for the systematic slaughter of Palestinians, which the phrase 'very supportive of the war and its execution' unequivocally implies, then perhaps they've no right to whine about the anger of those who find said actions and the support thereof, utterly repugnant.
  19. Decent game so far. Both sides having a go.
  20. Already getting the arse with Ikpeazu throwing himself on the ground like a tart every two minutes 😡
  21. Yeaj just had a google myself. Was just wondering as the lines are miles in from the edge!
  22. Is this another absurdly narrow pitch?
  23. Call me whatever you like. ICGAF. It certainly does nothing to change my mind, that's safe to say. The IDF's conduct was genocidal in every sense of the word, as far as I'm concerned and it seems a large proportion of the planet agrees. Even plenty of Israelis. Doubtless you'd label them all racists and / or antisemites, though plenty seem to be decrying Hamas and the atrocities they committed too, which might suggest otherwise. Israel went too far too far this time, even by their standards, though one concedes that the provocation was extreme. That's a simple truth that whilst you push your rhetoric around legal thresholds, you have steadfastly failed to acknowledge. As Netanyahu will soon come to realise, as a result of the wholesale slaughter of Palestinian civilians, the eyes of the world will now be very much focussed on any further civilian killings in Gaza. Had Israel's response been remotely proportionate, public opinion might well have differed quite dramatically, but now many of those who were undecided or indifferent, are now anything but and there's no easy fix for that.
