  1. They’re useful to keep in the cupboard for those times when you need something quick to eat but they don’t belong in anything described as a meal other, Eddie, than in a casserole. Good beer choice by the way.
  2. I think our issue is that 3 at the back and wing backs works fine against lesser teams but the better teams force the wide players back so they become ineffective. Ward in particular could rampage forward against Bristol Rovers but Bolton didn’t allow that. Whilst it’s great to keep a settled side, you sometimes have to play the best system for the opposition. We do just about have the personnel to do that. Our challenge will be where the goals come from. We have to hope that NML re-finds his form and that Collins’ return isn’t too far away. Can’t see Waghorn producing much more than bruises. But you never know!
  3. Loving the re-runs of Toast of London. Such wonderfully off-the-wall humour. Also Curb Your Enthusiasm continues to challenge social mores. Last night’s example of the cringey chain message posts on social media and the difficulty in extricating yourself from such chains was a classic. Larry D continues to face taboos head on. Long may he continue.
  4. He’s still got to walk. I don’t think he would have done any additional damage and indeed keeping it moving probably helps. Let’s hope it doesn’t keep him out for too long.
  5. … and the reason behind his Stiff Little Fingers
  6. That’s nice. Like the sky.

  8. Yep. All ran smoothly from start to finish. Justin even organised a win for us 😊
  9. We played like the away team. PW and his mind games. We’re good away, so play like we’re away! Soaked up all they had and sneaked a goal. Forsyth immense, Nelson and Cashin excellent, Ebou an inspiration. Wildsmith made two astonishing saves. Forwards were disappointing but we did enough.
  10. My sphincter is still twitching like a rabbit’s nose but golly gosh that was a gritty performance. Bravo rams, both players and staff
  11. Pretty much the same as ours then. And indeed the majority of away supporters. Maybe AI will lead to some more interesting chants 😊
  12. You’ll have to watch it in Spoons with ‘Arry Redknapp’ He’s buying as he had some luck on the gee gees.
  13. Me too but I hear he’s the Technical Adviser for Talk Sport now.
  14. At least we’ll have £40 million to spend from the sale of Cashin. #BemoreB4
  15. It’s a fruit made up by someone at Waitrose who was drunk on Advocaat.
  16. Barkhuisen has been better in the past few weeks but NML, Gayle and Collins would be exciting. Gayle and Collins could make room for each other.
  17. Sorry to hear of your misfortune. After the wine and the spring greens may I suggest Blazing Saddles?
  18. I think we’d be even stronger if those two were available. Bird for Hourihane especially. Hourihane’s passing, especially on the volley, is ropy. Ward is replacing his set pieces. Saturday will be a real test of our formation. It has worked against three teams outside of the top slots but might be exposed by a good midfield.
  19. Really looking forward to trying out the supporters bus on Saturday. Couldn’t be for a better game!

  21. Dim play by Derby when they had the man advantage. Lost possession again and again. An ugly win but an important one with everyone else winning. They will need to be 20% better on Saturday against a Bolton side that will be brimming with confidence.
