Yes. I got utterly fed up with the bullying and general rancour, so I asked David to delete my old account (contrary to popular opinion, I did not get a life ban, but I did catch a couple of time-outs). After a few months I set a new account up (again, I told people what I was doing) using the name 'Montgolfier' (people from way back will remember me as 'Dirigible' and 'Balloon' on the old DET site - and of course the Montgolfier brothers were the pioneers of ballooning, so it was a deliberate clue), then after a month, I changed the display name to 'Eddie'.
When I started posting again, I had nobody on 'ignore' - but now, I have precisely the same six I had on 'ignore' as back in the old days. It will stay that way, because there is something about me that winds them up - and believe me, the feeling is mutual. I don't know the people concerned, but I utterly loathe the online personas they portray. I don't think that will change, because I am stubborn to the point of intransigence, and I'm too old to change.
Enjoy your John Smiths - I did 30 years ago, although as far as Tadcaster beers are concerned, I prefer Sam Smiths.
There's an interesting story how the breweries evolved...

You are far too hard on yourself Ronnie. If you’ve rowed with me, I can’t remember or it was of such consequence that l have forgotten.  A bit of rough and tumble keeps the blood moving buddy, and I very much doubt that any of those you mention don’t respect you (they simply might not see eye to eye with you on a few things). Such is life. Hang tough, and keep posting.

For me it's on Fury's 'ring rust'. When he boxes well he has amazing ring awareness and technical skills that get overlooked by almost everyone but it's been a long, long road since he's been asked to do that at the highest level. He does such a good job of having people think he's just another out of the Jack Bodell, John Gardiner, Gerry Cooney camp of big white lumps but if he can be at his best from a technical perspective he's good enough to win. Wilder has shown he is limited technically and does wobble, had Ortiz hit him 30 seconds earlier in that seventh round then this fight wouldn't be happening.

Think most neutrals will want a win for Tyson too. Wilder has some kind of weird anti-charisma thing going on where it's impossible to find anything likeable about him at all. He has a puncher's chance I suppose but I'd hope Fury has done the gym-work and can go the 12. WIlder may land a big shot and kill the fight but given Tyson outboxed and outpointed Klitschko, he's surely value to do the same to WIlder. For me, the entire fight hinges on Fury's fitness.

It's a great channel. The best imo. There's a few decent American ones but I think Kugan Cassius and James Helder have built up really good relationships with the UK scene.
But see what you think about Wilder. He looks like he's lost it to me. He's just got too excited and believes his own hype

Looks healthier than ever in the face. Sounds excited and the usual sideshow daft behaviour to make everyone think he's a clown coming for a beating.
You know Fury, he loves to change the mentality of his opponent and he started on Joshua about 2 years ago!!
He's got Wilder wasting so much energy. Watch IFL on YouTube to see Wilder's crazy behaviour.
There's no secret to what Wilder brings. With Fury you just never know. He rocked Wlad, punished Chisora badly, got put on his arse by Cunningham, he's punched himself, retired, outboxed a legend and looked terrible against 2 nobodies. He fights in both stances and rarely plants his feet.
    It's a 'must see' surely?

I’ve been keeping up to date with the Rams on RamsTv without using the App but this has made it so much easier

It’s really good if you’re up to date with everything. You can only see the last 20 or so stories and videos and so need to go to the website to catch up otherwise. I do agree however, the app is really easy to use (plus you don’t have to log in every time after not looking for updates more than 20 seconds ago )

YouTube the day after has nearly everything matey.
If I miss a fight I get the missus to find it on YouTube so I don't see the result.
It's thriving in the UK right now. The super middle weight has great potential for domestic brawls. Eubank Jnr v Groves in Feb. The winner will likely face Callum Smith. And all will be hoping for a big meet down the line with DeGale.
Eubank v Groves could be special.

    Yes he’s done Sheffield proud.
The lads had it tough though.
Don't watch  much boxing these days as the big fights are mostly on box office.
Tend to listen on 5 live

Not at elite level. After the doctors told him he could have gone blind with one more punch from Golovkin it obviously registered with him.
He took a knee in that Spence fight and spoke about protecting his health/vision.
I think once you compromise once you make it easier in the future. Not calling him a quitter but he'll be up against guys who aren't thinking of their health.
The Khan fight will probably happen when they've got nowhere to go.

Training on stairs sounds a bit unusual really but Haye says he’s done it loads of times.
Hope he can stay injury free for the fight next year for both of them and boxing fans.

It's left them both in a dead end. They needed each other again really.
