With a profit equal to it last season.
Fair enough and I did know what you were inferring.
Rosenior will only get so much time at Hull as expectations are high there
Good luck to him .

Absolutely agree, not the time to change. My main concern with the current manager is the future.
Well he would have to change style in the Championship but we have to get there first .
I think Warne has said if we don’t go up this season he will probably be gone but that’s up to David Clowes

Not that it's relevant to Warne, but Hull have a net zero transfer spend over 2 seasons and are unlikely to have a top half wage budget this season. 2 years ago (in the Championship), their wage bill was less than what we're spending in League 1.
2023-2024 7 Million deficit

Do you want me to post the interview with David Clowes again? I forgot you don't agree with Clowes saying our budget is good enough for promotion. 😄
How does he know what’s good enough for promotion!
Do you agree with Clowes on Warne and 4 year contract !

I think that Clowes knows far more than a lot of folks on here profess to know about our budget
Well Roy-has all the inside information lol.

Beginning to think we are not going to be getting any more signings this window, really don’t think we have enough funds available for the type of player/players we need , really hope I’m wrong and Warney gets what he wants
I really hope Paul Warne can get a couple in .
I hope he gets us promoted this season as he deserves it IMO for his drive and efforts

I do like Warne I don’t get why some find his friendliness and quirkiness as offending as I think he’s a decent bloke but I don’t like his football and would’ve liked a coach / manager who had a long term vision of where we’d like to go and how we’d like to play
I also don’t like how he doesn’t give the youngsters a chance
It’s your opinion mate .
I would question the academy players being ready though to be honest from what I’ve seen

"He's got a real energy about him, he can take set pieces and he can play in any one of those four positions in the middle of the park. The best thing for me is that he's got an inner drive, he's a winner and he's a bit of a ‘scrapper’.
I think Warne does like midfielders Roy

So what if we don’t go up this season ? Would you give him the summer and another season?
Won’t be up to me but I think if we don’t go up I’d change manager even though I like the guy .
He has his limitations but also he is working with one arm tied behind his back IMO

We could try playing the holding midfielder we already have in Darren Robinson... before he gets snapped up by a club from a higher division.
I’d give him game time but it’s a risk as he’s unproven at League 1 level. He was on the bench on Saturday

We get run through our midfield because there is a massive gap there. It is the way that the manager sets the team up for whatever reason.
For the same reason, our defensive players frequently end up playing a long ball (aka giving the ball away to the opposition).
It is frustrating for many fans and I would hazard a guess, the players too.
It’s patently obvious but to sack the manager at this stage would be wrong surely!

I’ve mentioned this before but I spoke to one of the fa assessors regarding Rosenior and at the time I was very dubious about him as assistant like some on here I wondered if he had any input
I was told by the assessor himself that …Rosenior was one of the brightest most innovative young coaches he’d seen and said he’d go on to be a great coach and maybe manager …it changed my mind about him and he should’ve been given until the end of the season as minimum ….instead we have archaeic Warne ball percentage basketball end to end no midfield garbage
It’s your opinion mate.
Warne has his limitations but he needs to be given this season at least to try and get us promoted -

No you are right but I worry if Collins gets injured or Bird etc
When I say a must I mean to get top 2 but what do I know .
Its topical that’s all.
