I would have said the same about the likes of Sam Morsy, but he's flying high at the top of with Ipswich!

Personally I would think around Christmas time would be about right for considering whether contract extensions are in order both for the club and for warne , it’s easy to forget that we as a club might not meet his ambition s in terms of being able to get the players he wants to give him a real shot at seeing how far he can go , anybody looking at his record over the last few years can see there’s obviously something there ,
the last two seasons have not really been about building anything other than a culture and spirit of togetherness amongst a squad and the club and the value of that should not be underestimated, the job was to get promoted asap , the other parts of the building job starts now and is shared between warne , scouting/recruitment staff and the club , I think this is where a lot of disagreement on this forum has come from ,
I see no reason why warne can’t thrive at championship level given the right backing and I hope he does , he deserves it far more than a lampard or Rooney trading on they’re names as top players

Totally agree. I hope he can find some players who WANT to be here though, rather than seeing us as a stepping stone. Much rather sign hungry young or league one players then prem/championship mercenaries. I really like Warne's attitude that they have to earn their place in the team, regardless of who they are or who they signed from.
We should be able to attract some decent loans from the Prem, as well as some permanent talent who want to be here for the long haul.
Exciting summer ahead, but the hard work starts here.

I think thats exactly what we will get 
Players that fit his profile … younger, quicker , stronger
too many forgot we were under an embargo in his first season and a strict efl business plan his second.
if adams and nyambe are an example of what he would like i think we’ll be fine 
Hes squeezed a lot out of some aging players that lets be honest wouldnt be his first choice of player

hes going to be offering players to come and play for one of the biggest clubs outside the premiership.. at a proper level of football that could offer players a gateway to the premiership if they perform.
we may be being more sensible and not be able to compete with the parachute brigade but i think we give him the time he deserves to fashion his idea of a side. Still to operate without restriction.. im quietly confident tbh

Apart from the Rhodes, wine, aquaduct, I can't think of a single thing 😆

As PW said in his post match interview,he was glad Bird scored as it made him look good for picking him 😂

I don’t want to start a squabble at such a happy time but “crap and going nowhere” illustrates this misplaced demand for instant success. It’s something that rarely happens. I’d say, that at that time we looked lacklustre, disjointed, not working in harmony or being better than the sum of our parts (which is what a team game needs) Warne was new at the time, had inherited players and little room to buy. He needed time to build that group in to team. He needed to Instill his culture and methods. That took time.  He succeeded.
That is why I get so narky when the knives come out after a couple of bad results. I am going to say the same next season when we are 15th in the table  just had a bore draw at home against a lower ranked side. Patience. 

Apart from improving the defence, midfield and attack, raising the morale and bringing a calmness to the club, oh and winning automatic promotion, I can’t think of anything? Sack him

Bullying perhaps a bit strong ? There’s a time and a place for stuff , consideration , reading the room ect , to be fair there have been posters who appear to take great pleasure in trying to burst peoples bubble of enjoyment, in the case of a few it comes across as attention seeking contrary for the sake of it , is some posters dishing a bit back really bullying as long as it doesn’t cross the line into abusive ?
