Depends on your view on football I suppose. We sit in the third tier of the football league and are expected by some to deliver both results and "attractive" football. Personally you can put all the accountants stats in front of me you want, however I watch football without a book that tells me how it should be played and enjoy all types of football but winning comes first and foremost when I'm watching a team I support.
SM failed, his football was good but when we weren't winning during that streak, suddenly no plan B was labelled at him. In other words fans wanted us to change the way we played, results come over the entertaining football again.

But for me, entertainment is not about statistics, or solely what happens on the pitch, it's about sharing the experience with my family and a community of like minded people, singing daft songs, bouncing, being swept up in the emotion of it all. I don't care about expected goals, percentage of this and that, I just like living in the moment, sometimes good, sometimes bad. That's what it's about for me.

Roy’s a good lad very capable of dishing it out and happy to take some back , over the long run we will all find times we agree with him or disagree , can’t really see any problem🤷🏻‍♂️

Never been in a warne in or out "camp", only that the club needed continuity and giving a manger who had only one full window, under restrictions, time.
Hopefully people will remember this period and then reaction after only 10 games, when we hit our next bump in the road, because I'm sure there will be one.

Warne is learning / changing is a bit of an easy get out , there are those who have never bought into the negative warneball barbs thrown out , whether you manage aiming for warneball or roseniorball it all comes down to whether given time you can get it working , there was a point where I was on the cusp of not bothered if warne was let go but I’m sure the anti warne onslaught on here nudged me a bit further in that direction than I would have been if just watching games and no forum time 🤷🏻‍♂️,
I’ve always been ok with the way warne says he wants his teams to play , I prefer that style

Seems a fascination with another stat, that is actually quite useless after the game, especially as it's proven that it's not even accurate.

From what I saw Wigan like to build from the back , that’s how they come forward, we just never allowed them to come forward with any purpose , in fact they even struggled to keep the ball off us in they’re own half , sometimes sides can only do what the other side allows , for me credit where it’s due , yesterday we dominated them for most of the game and never gave them any space and time to build anything or any forward momentum 🤷🏻‍♂️

The poster wrote word for word "whose managers mantra is to get it to run harder, get it out wide and cross it 🤣" Maybe look at the dictionary for the word mantra "a statement repeated frequently"
Our winning streak is based on a defence base that has conceded only 3, all of this by accident, or have we a manager who tells his players more than just get it out wide and cross it ? For me he is a lot more than this, we often have more possession that other team's, we work teams one side to the other, to create space, we have scored both from crosses and playing the ball around.  
None of which I really see the instructions to the players, to get it out wide and cross it, not even today 🤨

Think he said he will be using the full squad over the 3 games, so hopefully he will be bringing in some completely fresh legs.
I think your second sentence does a massive injustice to how well we defended yesterday.
