The danger of doing that is that is it will limit the competitivity of the playing squad, which in turn, is likely to have the knock-on effect of reducing revenue. Dicey game to play.

I can assure you that it is definitely pronounced 'Clowes'. Not 'Clowes', or 'Clowes'.

It's likely that additional debts will be generated by the ongoing running of the club. Revenue is unlikely to cover outgoings, without player sales to cover the shortfall, and at the moment, we don't really have much in the way of saleable assets.

The Clowes Trust own 75% of the shares in the company and can remove any of the Directors of Clowes Development, without approval from the other directors...

I don't think that it's going to happen today, as it's a bank holiday in DR Congo for their independence Day.?

TBF, anything would be an improvement on a song that tries to rhyme "ground" with "desire". Even Cole Porter couldn't pull that one off.

I mean, it's mildy funny, although the subject matter is a little disjointed and doesn't flow through - but what really makes this below par, is that the tempo of the lyrics doesn't match the those of the original, so it can't be sung over the tune without stretching some words out, or singing other is a ridiculously compressed manner.
3/10. Must try harder.
