I can't wait to see where florist finish next season when all their loanees return to their parent clubs. I can see them fighting relegation to league one.

What a bunch of misserable moaning Myrtles. If you are ever in a good mood and want a come-down, here's the place to be.
Add to that, all the bickering about MM and it's not a very good place to spend any time.
Pull yourselves together people, it'll all come good in the end.

Derby Fans: We want to be kept informed.
Quantuma: This is the only information we can supply because of confidentiality, but we continue to be making progress with (multiple) bidders.
Derby Fans: So you are taking us into liquidation, and the Northern Premier League then. You money grabbing ambulance chasers.
Madness

It's hard enough at the moment. My 9 year old son came home from school yesterday saying he wants to move to Derbyshire because everyone at school is making fun of him for being a Derby fan. If the club becomes a phoenix, I would take my two kids to watch but it will be for them. To me, it would feel like supporting a different club

What happened to Team Derby and when do the supporters groups / MPs next meet with Quantuma?

There are bids on the table. Sooner or later, Quantuma and the EFL are going to have to accept one of the bids. It might well be at the end of the season for whatever reason as WR suggested. How could any administrator let a company/club be liquidated when there is a bid to purchase?

Which would suggest there are higher bids - no matter what the Binnies thought.

A liitle bit of news and all the flapping and noise reminds me of a hen coop when a fox gets in.

I think you're misreading people's minds. I want Mike Ashley in but for the oposite reason to that which you state. Mike Ashley is incredibly good at buying businesses in distress and making them profitable. We have had an owner who tried to get us to the promised land with the shortest journey. He took a sort cut through hazardous waters, icebergs, sharks, storms. He nearly sank the ship. Now we need an owner who will get us to that promised land but who will take the long way around - through the calm waters. Mike Ashley was at Newcastle a long time. We need that, not some investment company with a three year exit strategy, but someone who will take us to the Premier league without breaking rules. It might be five years of finishing mid table before we see a top six but I will take that over the risks that MM took.

I lived in Newcastle during the Keegan years (Owner was Sir John Hall back then). There was a five year waiting list for season tickets (before they extended the capacity). I love Geordies, but their expectations of their football club have never been realistic. They want the moon on a stick and they want it now. They will be protesting outside St James' in the summer if they haven't spent £300m.
