She wants to live a healthier lifestyle but believes we can have one a week. Since my accident I have put on over a stone because due to a mix of little exercise and takeaways. Ps. We switch between chinese and indian, and if its chinese, we don't order rice, we cook our own and have a smaller portion, ask them to swap the 'free' prawn crakers for something else of a similiar value and healther. Indian, if we have a nan we share it and don't have rice, or rice is again cooked.
