Takeaways

How often do you all have takeaways? I am trying to convince my girlfriend that once a week is too many. She wants to live a healthier lifestyle but believes we can have one a week. Since my accident I have put on over a stone because due to a mix of little exercise and takeaways. Ps. Boycie you are banned from this thread for obvious reasons.

One a week is fine.

Although we'll need to see what kind of shape your girlfriend is in to see whether you're being unreasonable.

. She ain't fat at all! Put it this way. I way around a couple of stone more and I'm 12 and a half.

I think he meant we need photographic evidence? Maybe holiday snaps, bikini, topless maybe....? Just so we can make an objective decision and help you out...............

Once a fortnight, just remember not to fall into the trap of over ordering.

We switch between chinese and indian, and if its chinese, we don't order rice, we cook our own and have a smaller portion, ask them to swap the 'free' prawn crakers for something else of a similiar value and healther. Indian, if we have a nan we share it and don't have rice, or rice is again cooked.

Realisitically one one starter, one main and one rice/nan should be enough for 2 people to share and be satisfied, imho.

Me and the Missus have about 3-4 a week, she's around 8 stone and I am 12 but both do a fair amount of running, and I do a fair amount of sport also.

Eat what you want and have a shag every day to work the calories off. Of course she might not be happy with you having sex with all those different women, but just point out she forced you into this exercise regime by making you eat all those takeaways.

Have to be a lot of women, you only burn 100-200 calories for half an hour, slightly more if its intense
