I was right skinny through my youth, could plunder ote and not put a pound on, changed when I hit about 25. When I live away from home which I can do for months at a time I eat/ate 4-5 takeaways a week and went to about 17 stone at my heaviest. Went on a weight loss programme and lost 3.5 stone but broke a finger 3 weeks or so ago which gave me a great excuse to sack off the gym and I'm gaining again! Just bought 30 bottles of "skinny cola" which is 37 calories per 500ml which I'm very excited about!

Regular exercise in gyms is fie if you want to be going there for the rest of your life.

You try using a zimmer frame on a tread mill, and with a queue waiting.

Just walk regular, it's enough.

Gym slave!
