nfb
I hope it comes off, we have been crying out for a creative midfielder, and if he's that, then fingers crossed, i am begining to wonder if NC has a 'game plan ' agreed with the board, if so, and Noble/Carroll are 2 peices of that plan, bearing in mind our league position, and academy prospects, i am begining to look forward to the rest of the season......and possibly beyond. PistoldPete2
Sky sports news, he is set to sign on loan, would be a good move for us. Does this mean that Green is going too?
jimmyp
I think if this lad signs on a deal until the end of the season then it is goodbye green. I wouldn't of thought spurs would loan him out to a team unless he has a good chance of getting first team football on a regular basis.
Fredbear73
Sky sports news, he is set to sign on loan, would be a good move for us. Seen it on Sky Sports myself and is definitely being linked to Derby County so much so it sounded like a done deal. Sky made a point of saying how highly the kid was thought of. jimmyp
He is a very handy player, Have quite a few mates who are spurs fans, they all say he could be in quite a few prem teams if spurs wanted to sell, I really do think this could be greens replacement even if only temporary. AndyB
He played for Spurs in the FA Cup 3rd round so he wouldn't be eligible against Stoke.
Ghost of Clough
He played for Spurs in the FA Cup 3rd round so he wouldn't be eligible against Stoke. He was good for spurs when he played against stoke as well.
Ambitious
He is very very highly rated, when I had a look around their experienced academy director said he was the best he has worked with, so if we can pull it off I would like to see what he is like.. especially with compared with Hendrick, Hughes and our top rated young players! MrsRam
I just worry that we'll have a good lad, who will do well, then he'll go. Sounding like he's well respected at Spurs. On a feminine note - would rather have Andy. ESR
I'm not complaining, but wasn't Clough banging on about experience for the past few months?
Alph
I thought Spurs wanted him at a passing side? Brighton, S'hampton, Blackpool, Barnsley, Cardiff.... I'd of thought we'd be about 10th choice if that's the case??
Ambitious
I don't see how you can class us as a hoof team? who in the world would we hoof it too even if we wanted too.. we play with men behind the ball for one, and we tend to play the ball through midfield, well that's the way I see it. we're not exciting by any stretch of the imagination but we play with the ball on the floor, a lot more than most teams in this division.
