Not sure he'd already given it?  Wasn't he allowing a little "advantage", to see how things developed?

I thought he’d given us the freekick for the Clare challenge already, might be mistaken. It’s getting more scrappy, we need to a) score again and b) keep our heads. Don’t need a suspension.

He lost it when he let the awful challenge on Wilson, go but booked Hourihane a couple of mins later

My only critique of us so far in this first half is that we've not put Wigan away. We've played really well, the game plan from Warne is working well.

great approach... lack of killer instinct at the very end.

still 0-1... arguably could be more.

Lovely interplay down the left between Barkhuizen and Forsyth sees a nice cross swept in by Foz, looked a little like Hourihane took it off Collins toe with his deft flick

Yes, we've seen this sort of game before. Second half Wigan won't be as bad.

Poor from Hourihane there. Decent cross from Foz but he couldn’t get hold of it in a great position.

One thing I’m liking here is we’ve clearly been working on getting midfielders and wingers into good positions in the box for these crosses. 

We’ve been putting crosses in for a number of games but no one has been taking advantage
