5 subs in Premier League

Anyone else think this is a poor idea. Football is great because the games have a narrative. The skillful player comes into the game towards the end as the runners tire. 5 subs seems like it will become like American Football...3 new forwards at half time running around like crazy.

I'm not a massive rugby fan, but all those subs make the game unwatchable. Also used to watch a lot of hockey and rolling subs is just rubbish.

Fantasy Football will also be ruined unless they change things up too.

Yep, money talks. If the big clubs want it then it'll happen. 

More top quality players concentrated in fewer clubs, less chance of other clubs breaking into the cartel......progress!

Its a new rule that only benefits the top teams who have bigger squads and players on the bench who are as good as those that are starting. Not a fan at all.

I think better players played when there was no subs 

if having 5 subs then only allow out of a selection of 5 players not 7 or 9 

if having 5 subs how about having 90 minutes of actual football played with the football in play !
