What a match this is going to be, new to the competition, the young rams take on Austrian powerhouses energy drink Salzburg, can the boys progress further? I really hope so! angieram Posted March 2, 2020 Share Posted March 2, 2020 Yes, I commented that they were being cagey with the footage. Ideally you'd like to see Sibley, Whittaker and Knight boosting the team but it would break their hearts not being part of the squad to play United. The timing of the game hasn't suited us at all. If we have kept all the above back home, we equally wouldn't want Salzburg to know about it too soon. Whatever, we must be very proud of our young players and they might surprise a few. I know the first team will always be priority, but the prestige of getting far in this tournament can set you up massively for recruitment at the younger ages I would imagine.
