Less than the likes of Lawrence and Huddlestone are on? How do you know what they are on?
jimbobram
if we arent in danger of getting relegated, Which i dont think we are. Why waste money on bringing people in. See the season out. Forget about it as a horrible season and look for next season. we dont need more old fogies on stupid money

Forest stayed up with 51 on goal difference in 16/17 though. Looking at the last few seasons it generally is 41/42 required, so we’re not far off. Yani P
Our transfer policy should still be bring them in if they improve the squad.. Surely if we have targets that Cocu wants and we can get them for a price we are happy with then why wait until the summer? This season is a long way from over. I'll give you the points totals of the top relegated team over the last ten seasons: 2018/19 - 40 2017/18 - 41 2016/17 - 51 2015/16 - 40 2014/15 - 41 2013/14 - 44 2012/13 - 54 2011/12 - 40 2010/11 - 42 2009/10 - 47 So on average 45 points would secure safety. 22nd place Wigan's current PPG would see them get 41 points if they continue it through the last 17 games. So we could conclude to reach safety we need another 3-4 wins out of 17 games. (notwithstanding any EFL bombshells) No panic buys required then. Thank you by the way!
