Fulham - Bolton (A), Villa (H), Bristol C (A), Wolves (H), Derby (A)

 

Not sure who has the easier run, in fact I can see everybody dropping some points throughout the period.

Predictions?

Derby 3 wins, 1 Draw, 1 Defeat  - 10

Villa 3 wins, 1 draw, 1 defeat - 10

Cardiff 3 wins 3 defeats - 9

Fulham 3 wins, 1 draw, 1 defeat - 10

Derby have the easiest run - 5 straight wins. Villa will lose the derby against the resurgent Brum. Couldn't care less about the other two it's all about big fat Steve Bruce.

No counting chickens; no games in this league are easy.

Leeds, Weds and Reading all in poor form, plus Weds have their cup game a few days later. Nothing much for them to play for in league at the moment.

Norwich is hardest on paper and guess there will be moans if we draw. This would be a decent result though, provided we go and win afterwards.

Villa got 3 hard games coming up: an in-form Brum, 'six pointer' at Fulham then playoff contenders Preston.

Can't help thinking Cardiff are a bit rubbish and won't challenge us. Can see them losing any of those 6 games. None are easy and they only playing one the top 6 in those games too.

Fulham have got a hard run there but think they could be good enough to win a few of them and close some of the gap.

I think we could open up a few points gap over Villa from the next 3-4 games, giving us a bit of breathing space for when we meet Fulham.

Fulham have the toughest fixtures. Derby have a decent run. Having defeated Norwich away there seems to be no reason why we can't defeat them at home-particularly as they have sold one or two of their better players since. It is difficult to know whether Villa are playing well or not as a 3-2  home win over Burton doesn't tell us much. Birmingham had a good victory and will be determined not to lose against their local rivals.

I hope Fulham have a good run. I don’t fear them catching us, but they could put a bail in Bristol’s coffin, and a dent in villas charge. Might even get us a bit closer to wolves.

I suppose that the worst thing is for any team in this division is that you can no longer say that there aren't any guaranteed wins here any more.

any points gained over this run are vital.

Fulham worry me the most, Villa 2nd, both have tough games.

Cardiff and BC to see a dip in form! First 4 games winnable.

If we beat Fulham I fully expect there to be a 3/4 point gap to 3rd.

Wolves still top by 8 points!!
