Never a penalty in a million years.

Loop should have put Countinho Firmino on 15 mins ago to kill them off.

You’d be calling for a free kick anywhere else on the pitch......

Stonewall penalty. Ridiculous challenge by Lovren. One of the players seriously holding Liverpool back.

On to Manchester Derby. Kyle Walker lucky to stay on, already booked and then should have had another for diving.

Jesus also lucky not to get booked. Not sure how he once managed to walk on water when he finds it so hard to stand up on grass.

As a ref...no I wouldn't. Could he easily have stayed on his feet?

Yes

So no foul, no penalty.

So if he can stay on his feet, it’s not a foul?!?!?

City have let United off the hook. They had four vs three in that final counter-attack and De Bruyne of all people played a really poor pass and allowed United to go forward. They then scored off Delph's error.

City are by far the better team. But similarly to last year, they haven't been clinical enough.

If it hasn't hindered his progress yes. He felt a touch and fell over.

So, running on a wet, snowy pitch.... and you feel a push/nudge in your back you think you’re going to stay on your feet?????

Push no. Nudge yes.

If you think that anytime you are touched by a defender you have the right to fall over and get a penalty then I guess we have very different ideas about how football should be played.

Shouldn't matter whether he went over or not, he was pushed in the back. Penalty.
