Will be serving hot roast beef and horseradish sandwiches to the massed hoards at half time, all washed down with several gallons of vanilla porter.

3.5kilos of beef, roasted for 2.5hrs@200deg centigrade, sadly more medium than the medium rare I was aiming for, to be fair I was a little distracted by the football ?

It was still melt in the mouth and delicious ?

Tapa's

I do love a good curry, and as it’s difficult to get one over here I do try to get my fix when I’m back home, but if we are talking a true English dish it would probably be fish and chips. A visit to Blighty isn’t complete without my fish and chips. Then there are the foods which I get cravings for that are impossible to find close to where I live. Rhubarb and gooseberries for example. I love a good crumble and custard.
