Have we become too predictable

Jesus we get 7 points from our last 3 games, all against sides in the top 7 and now we're too predictable...

By your logic every single side in this league is predictable as nobody has a 100% win ratio.

It's crazy isn't it? 1 loss in 14, 10 wins during that period and after a 0-0 draw against a team with 1 of the best home records in the league we are suddenly too predictable and should change things.

Sheff Wed and Forest should of been beaten by a team going for automatic promotion and that's a fact.

You do realise that saying something is a fact doesn't actually make it a fact?. It's an opinion and one that a lot will disagree with.

Fact is a bit of a misnomer but we should beat the Owls and the Trees if we are serious about automatic promotion. .

Regarding the Hull game -we dominated for 30 odd mins from kick off, but once Bruce worked out how to stop us - he changed their formation increased their midfield  and in turn kept GT pegged back. That then limited our midfield as an attacking force and isolated Martin.

We spent the remained of the game defending, not because we changed formation and chose to do so , but because they pressed us high up and pegged back GT- we were forced into defending for 60 mins - but we got the win in the end.

I think you will find that he changed his tactics at 1-0 and we still scored. Clucas was at LB and marking Ince and Maloney didn't follow Christie after moving to LM. So no Bruce didn't figure it out.

I agree we are predictable but not in your way, we are predictable that we will keep it tight at the back and let our attacking players win us the game. We are predictable in that we win games, more than we draw or lose

And Man City should have beat Stoke, Liverpool should have beat Newcastle, Chelsea should be beating most teams in the Prem, Barcelona should have beat Valencia, Bayern should have beat Gladbach and PSG should have beat Angers.

After all these years of watching football curtains you should know football doesn't always work out the way you think it should.

You have to look at the trend and style of play.

Home form has been great and we have won 5 in a row but away form is still a bit hit and miss .

Brighton next so let's make it 6 in a row at home  then 7 with Bristol City  .

How arrogant is that!

Where do we draw the line in the table for teams we should be beating by fact, anyone below 6th?

Since when has football ever worked like this?

Forest have a transfer embargo and we still lost to them.

I think against Brighton we need to use plan H, go 235 with Baird in the false no 7 position. They wont know what hit them.

When we aren't playing well in a game, why do people always want the change the system, we got a point away from home against a strong side. If we had changed it and opened the game up (as Steve Mc used to sometimes do) and we had lost there would have been uproar on here. The game against Burnley at home I believed Clement should have been more attacking with his changes as the game was there to be won but on sunday we were not at our best and he did the right thing keeping solid and hoping we nicked one which we nearly did.

Totally agree, that sort of arrogance is why you get posters on other clubs forums saying they hate us.

Wednesday are a very good side, Brighton also and the best teams are those whose whole is greater than the sum of the parts, see Bournemouth last year. It's a team game and slog of a season and we're doing very well so far thank you very much.

Pre Forest we expected to beat them didn't we they hadn't won a game for so long had they.

So what? Newcastle had only won 2 games all season before they played Liverpool and won. Despite what you say, nothing in football is a fact.

At the start of the season when predicting how the season would go, did you expect us to end the season with 46 games played and 46 wins?

It's the eternal question ,,, getting the balance right between defending and keeping it tight or all out attack , after two years of all out attack under s Mac we now have a new boss who wants us to first and foremost get things right off the ball hence we are frustrating to watch at times but to be fair we were bloody frustrating at times under s Mac ,giving stupid goals away and dropping stupid points,, I miss the fluid wonderfull to watch Derby of the last two years but don't miss the naive Derby of that era ,, you pays your money and takes your choice ,, interesting question ,, would Nigel get similar results from this set of upgraded players ?

 I give in .

My expectations are too high .

Predictable at times just like Derby that's me.
