Anon
£££Not for a player like Bailey. Last year the average weekly wage for foreign players, excluding the marquee signings, was around £4000/£5000. Not much more than you'd get in league 1. Once. You could win less on Pointless.

Alph
You know when he signed that contract he basically took his career back to scratch. Thought he was a good footballer. Fussy though. Didn't have the defensive skills to play a lone DM, didn't have the engine to play centrally and didn't have the killer instinct to play higher up.He's a defensive midfielder that needs a partner. That narrows his opportunities. Nice passer though.

Maybe Pearson?India is a fantastic place to spend some time, and if you are earning the same as UK and tax free then you are saving all that money and having the time of your life. Broderick
The Indian Super League is modeled after the MLS. No promotion or relegation. Hope it works out for them, looks like they've got quite a few well known players. Including our very own Stephen Bywater
Anon
Not the best place to build on your football career though. Oh come on! It got Stephen Pearson his dream transfer to Motherwell. Last season's "Hero of the League", Iain Hume got to experience relegation out of the football league with Tranmere after impressing in India and last season's "Fittest player", Jan Stohanzl, presumably got a shoot for Playgirl.
