Returned from my visit of the City after not having been since 1967.Although had travelled to the base ball ground on many occasions.

Stayed at Jury's inn and had a great weekend seeing the sites and drinking proper ale.Manged a. Walk along the river to the IPro and possibly spent enough money in the shop to pay for Shackells wages for a week.Unfortunatly the tour around the stadium was fully booked so could only have a wander round the outer stadium

Had a brilliant time around the cathedral quarter great food at the wonky table restaraunt and found every one to be really friendly and helpful.

car parked in open car park city centre and still their when we were leaving on the Sunday ,not sure that would have been the case in. Manchester so a great time had ,chased my roots in Sunnyhill and checked out a few buildings in the city centre which I remembered as a child ,well impressed ,not just a great football club ,but a great city and great folk.Just as I rememer it.
