Dimmu Posted February 28, 2015 Share Posted February 28, 2015 I really like Masc, think he's excellent on the ball.But he really struggles against pace, and the harrying from Fulham has put us in a world of trouble. He's not the sort of defensive midfielder that we need at present.He's not playing terrible, he just comes across as a liability due to weak tackling and struggles against quick tempo. Tombo Posted February 28, 2015 Share Posted February 28, 2015 Mascarell just doesn't have the height or strength it seems to me. He's missed a few headers in key positions today. He fits our system but he's just young and raw. He plays like a kid unlike Hughes, Hendrick, Thorne, Christie (when on form) who all have the appearance of wisdom beyond their ages.
