eddie
We have a world-class coach, an excellent scouting network, the set-up of the entire club from top to bottom is heading in the right direction - yet still the usual suspects think that they are the better judges of a player and how they would - or more to the point wouldn't - be good enough to improve the current side. How fortunate Derby County are to have such knowledgeable fans.
i-Ram
I think Junior Hoilett is ace. By Boycie Aged 43 If you are only 44, you must really have had a hard life. Your decision to not reflect on your current relationship with Daveo is slightly disappointing from a goss point of view, but I respect your integrity. If we are going to buy a Hoillett I think we should buy Senior. P.s. Memo to Ambitious: Thankyou for the stats on Matty Phillips. Quite surprising. I thought he might make a difference. I now suspect not.
G STAR RAM
Hoilett wins matches, would be our best winger. IMO. Not always, sometimes he sets up other players to win matches OHHHH BOBBY ZAMOOOORA
Ovis aries
Hoilett scored seven Premier League goals in one season, once. Phillips scored seven Championship goals in one season, once. Exciting stuff. Both feats came in the same season, too.Yeah but 99.9% of players improve with us .

mcsilks
Junior Hoilett and Matt Phillips were brilliant for QPR when Steve McClaren was there and then dropped off as soon as he left. I didn't think Hoilett did much in the play-off final, but I did remember being wary of him. Both would be good signings, but it depends what form we can get them in. Not sure I agree with you there. Hoilet has been heavily criticised on the limited amount of playing times he has had and he has been played in position. Not good enough for the Premiership and would not be a good loan deal IMO. His only decent time was at Blackburn and I think all of you are judging him by his bygone days.

DEL
I'd be happy with signing of Matty Phillips but he's cup tied and also same goes to Holiett anyway.
Alph
I took Hoilett back to Blackburn from Cardiff,a couple of years ago He's either very quiet,or bored of my chat ???? Do you kidnap many footballers?

He's probably not even hit his peak yet but you're saying he's past it...
Alph
QPR apparently say they're for sale but not for loan. Good luck with that
Statham512
QPR apparently say they're for sale but not for loan. Good luck with that We need a try before you buy scenario with players that havent been consistent or have been injury prone in the past. Its like proposing on the 1st date you just wouldn't do it ! RamNut
Yeah but 99.9% of players improve with us . No offence but the idea that 99.9% players improve with us is a total myth. Has keogh improved? Fozzy, bryson, and bucko have gone backwards. Is Dawkins improving?

Fozzy, bryson, and bucko have gone backwards. Is Dawkins improving? I would say since Forsyth has been here he has improved, just having a bad spell. Bryson over achieved in the sense that he scored way more than most midfielder last year, I would say overall he has improved Buxton without a doubt has improved since he's been with us. and noone really knows what Dawkins was like so can't really comment on if he has improved or not
RamNut
Buxton gone backwards? Since when? Because he misplaced a pass on Saturday? No....not because of a misplaced pass. I just compare bucko now with the chest thumping pumped up star from last season. As seen at barnsley away for example. He was at the top of his game. So much better than the shaky bloke who played alongside Miles Addison. Now he looks nervy and scared of making an error. And he was also beaten on the outside a couple of times v chesterfield. I think dropping him for whitbread and then shotten has taken away some of his confidence and belief. I'd like to see him back to that level.
