Ambitious
Leigertwood would be an horrific needless signing, he just wouldn't get anywhere near the team. McAnuff had a really poor year last season too and two goals and one assists from 28 starts and 35 appearances shows that. Sammon did better than that with much less playing time. Relatively old players declining in their once okay footballing career. Underwhelming to say the least, but you never know, it could work out. Srg
McAnuff was good 4 years ago. Isn't he 30 at least now?
StaffsRam
Isn't he 30 at least now? 32. I'm assuming we're on about his 'potential' value on FM?
Srg
Older than I thought. Not great for a winger who's game is based on pace.
McRamFan
Stellar signings them lads. Reading must be letting their stars go because they have no ambition to get promoted...
Mafiabob
Stellar signings them lads. Reading must be letting their stars go because they have no ambition to get promoted... Too be fair I think Reading will struggle this season.... Think they will do a Brum/Blackpool and sit just above relegation all season.... Got a lot of players on high wages.... Hence why Forest are after them... One last mega pay day for them (If they get paid of course....)

StaffsRam
Are you seriously having a go at Pearces managerial record in charge of England.. Erm.. McClaren anyone? 50% win percentage is slightly better than Pearce's 0% Or are we counting Pearce's time in charge of the peewee team?
Ramarena
Are you seriously having a go at Pearces managerial record in charge of England.. Erm.. McClaren anyone? McClaren's overall managerial record is vastly superior to Pearce. There is no comparison.

uttoxram75
Are you seriously having a go at Pearces managerial record in charge of England.. Erm.. McClaren anyone? McClaren's record managing England is poor. Pearce has never managed England. Pearce's contribution to English football is remembered by his missed penalty and a pizza advert. StaffsRam
Pearce has never managed England. One game as caretaker Manager. Lost.
McRamFan
They are clutching at straws Dawny. You are well versed in that, Zamora, there you can have that one for free. Anyway lets talk about your pursuit of 2 stellar signings from Reading.....oh wait that won't happen because you never talk about what is happening only about what has happened and always through rose tinted glasses.
