Ram_in_Cumbria
There's a book called Broken Dreams by Tom Bower that investigates football agents. Its a bit dated now as its about 10 years old but it explains how agents manipulate situations by taking cuts from both clubs AND the player in one deal, often with collusion from managers. Harry features quite a lot in it, surprisingly. Why does that not surprise me!
PistoldPete2
All agents should be banned, it just takes money out of football Isnt Sam Rush a former agent?
uttoxram75
Why does that not surprise me! Little quote from the book......... Harry Redknapp, who bought and sold 134 players in seven years as manager of West Ham during the 1990s, admits, "If you want a player, it doesn't matter what happens to the money."
