ramsbottom
Id put Marco Gabbiadini, Kitson, Tommy Johnson, Ron Willems, all above the last 3, not that I have anything against Sammon, just that i think these were better. The last on in both groups is a joke hence the sheepish eyes. I've always classed Ron Willems as an 'in the hole' style foward. If we're just talking goal scorers then, in my lifetime it's be - Davison - Saunders - Sturridge - Wanchope - Goddard

Duracell
Steve Bloomer should be in anyone's list be default, and if he isn't, then you should hang your head in shame. I know none of us saw him play, but look at his stats, and what his contemporaries said about him, and the fact he's probably our greatest ever player and the nation's first ever football superstar. I think Derby fans from that era would be gobsmacked that half of these lists don't mention him.

Brammie Steve
An interesting watch about Steve Bloomer 'http://www.dcfcfans.co.uk/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/cool' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='B)' /> 'http://www.dcfcfans.co.uk/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/cool' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='B)' /> 'http://www.dcfcfans.co.uk/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/cool' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='B)' /> Incredible Froggy..."Like" doesn't cut it. In one of my "Black Country Annuals" It says that one of the greatest disappointments in this areas is that Steve never played for a "local" side. Before all our times but he has to be in the top one on this thread.!

Fooking hell I thought I was young, I've had the joys of dean burton, Malcolm Christie and mikel beck. Although only 2 of the 3 were decent! gcdcfc28
In my lifetime easily Sturridge. He murdered some of the best defences in the prem, scored one of the best goals I've seen in a derby shirt when he scored at highbury too. Would be worth a bucketload nowadays. AndyinLiverpool
Hector George Davison Saunders Goddard Nobody really stands out in the last 20 years, at least not like these 5. I liked Gabbiadini but not Kitson (was it possible to like both?) and Wanchope but he was just too unpredictable and looked absolutely terrible on a bad day. I haven't watched regularly for many years so can't really judge more recent forwards.
