uttoxram75
Hope we don't go down the Donny road by bringing in short term mercenaries who are on the books of his agency and looking for a route into England. Having said that, it appears to be an astute appointment as regards negotiating transfers, contacts within the game, etc. Just needs to get rid of the beard. makes him look like a bouncer at Flares...... Brammie Steve
"The opportunity to work at Derby, at this exciting period in their history, was one though I could not turn down. "I look forward to working with Nigel Clough and the rest of the staff. In due course I also intend to move up to Derby with my own family and look forward to sharing in future successes with the rest of the Rams supporters." He looks like a man who is prepared to walk the walk rather than just talk the talk.

Ash
Don't know what brian would say..... Appointing a bloody agent to run the club, whatever next. When you put it like that its bizarre that we take this as the norm these days. We've got to move with the times though, agents run the game these days. Animal is a Ram
How would this compare against the other teams in the Championship just to give the true picture? The Hated Enemy.. 07/08 19,955 (League 1) 08/09 22,299 09/10 23,831 10/11 23,274 11/12 21,969 12/13 21,352 3 played They've stayed fairly consistent with a drop over the last couple of seasons.. last year they were sh*te, but even with renewed optimism for this season, it hasn't really increased, in fact its slightly lower.. The attendance figures were always going to drop because of this no matter what Glick did. They've dropped back to exactly the same levels they were before we got promoted, in almost exactly the same way they did the last time we got relegated. And in fact, the average attendance last season was higher then the average attendance in the last promotion season.

While this is true, the biggest drop was between 09/10 and 10/11, just under 3,500 wiped off the average, where as relegation dropped us 3,000. I don't agree that Glick has had any real influence on attendances.. I mean if shiny new LED ad boards and a new big scoreboard doesn't improve the 'matchday experience', then what will?
