I think he just might have plenty of poise, balance, silky skills, vision, that sort of thing. But Mr Warne is determined to keep it under wraps 

Would you say the same of mount, tomori and Wilson ? All given lots of game time, came on fast and it was win win. We should have been wringing the talent out of White since January, he’s at the stage where experience will quickly fill his sails. Instead we’ve seen Smith in the doldrums, and Knight becalmed by playing alongside senior players who are taking extra rum rations

Could be highly relevant to us.  If on 7may at high noon Wendies are out of reach of automatic promotion but safely in the top 6, our match against them will be easier 

Following the success at FGR, Warne has the players in for some light training ahead of the MK Franchise game.

Credit to Sibley for doing his very best despite playing out of position. But if you have a player like him who has  moments of inspiration (particularly in front of goal) and then long periods of quietude, why on earth would you play him anywhere but up the pitch ?

Didzy is in the dream team but definitely not playing deep. 4-3-3.

Warne can’t win can he? Well, he can cause we did today, but with the fans I mean.
People have been crying out for him to try something different, to give Sibley minutes, to stop the rot etc. We win away and he does some of those things, yet there’s still criticism. It wasn’t a great performance but sometimes you have to win ugly, it’s a squad game and he used the squad today.  
To pick up on your point Knight, McGoldrick and Cashin all started, Bird and Forsyth came on today….we won. McGoldrick has 20 goals this season, suggesting McGoldrick is most definitely a key player, so Warne must be doing something towards that?

The arm band seems to be doing Didzy good. The only positive of Bird being on the bench.
Months ago it would have been good to see Didzy as AM with Sibley, Barks, NML and occasionally Knight running ahead.

Can’t fathom Warne’s team selection and not for the first time. But perhaps our midfield will function as never before and dropping Fozzie and Bird will prove a mark of genius. Hope so. 
 
But seriously, rather than start with the usual headless-half-a-press from the massively industrious James Collins, play Sibley further forward and Collins in midfield to break up opposition play. By 65 minutes collins will need replacing ( if he has not seen red by then) and then one or other of White or Bird can take their rightful place 
Fozzie’s leadership qualities at CB are imo sorely underestimated
