Up to 1980, we’d been in the top flight for 54 of the 81 seasons (67%).
Since 1970, we’ve been in the top flight for 11 of the 42 seasons (26%).
☹️
once in the last 20 years and just one win
8 years to 2030, a sustainble DC could get back there in that time

Our 5,000th League Game will be at home to Plymouth Argyle on Saturday, 3rd September 2022.
Think it's the next week 10/9/2022 Morecambe v. Derby.
You may have counted a LC or LT match in getting there a week earlier...

Women have made a good choice with next year's World Cup in Australia and New Zealand, men should have done that before now.

Highlights or full match on Rams tv mean the itv highlights of less interest.
The Rams tv highlights also get posted onto youtube which is available on many tvs these days without the need for HTMI links, and you can make a highlights playlist as the season progresses so all in one place.

Yes but I'm on about live games.
The selections were released today and despite them branding it as 'EFL' it was just the championship.
The current deal is a bit of a joke. A lot of League one and two clubs could do with the revenue. And there are some big clubs in these divisions which would bring in more viewers than a lot of championship clubs. But no they would rather show Stoke vs Reading on a Friday night.
Sky should just give up the rights to League one and two and allow a different broadcaster to show the games.
Tend to agree, national league has separate deal on bt sports, not sure how much for though...

Daily Telegraph today, some figures quoted
11 new players
16,000 season tickets sold
HMRC owed £35m, payment plan agreed for end Aug not the full amount
Spending must not exceed £8m a season for next 2 years, business plan imposed by efl
£52m takeover, Clowes, 1 July
efl allow only free agents/loan players cannot pay each more than £12,000 pw including bonuses and national insurance
Around £20m paid back to MSD
£5m owed to Arsenal, Bielik, 2 payments, shortly and next year, he's likely to leave
Palace offered £30,000 for Ebiowei, disputed, tribunal
Udinese paid training comp £290,000 for Ebosele
Sounds quite authoritative. Sorry if noted elsewhere and I missed -
6 League games before the transfer window closes 1/9. Any more signings need to be quality over quantity although only the management know the finances available.
