Craig worked very hard for us behind the scenes he had training and match days and of course family life, he was in contact every day and did the sorting out and arranging payment and then posting off, not to mention giving up one of the few shirts of sentimental value to him, going forward we as a group will be looking at getting players and ex players more involved with the fans, this has been a great success, the club have not announced anything themselves to remember Reg, and we did it for grass roots football, to be honest the response to the crowd fund was very slow and disappointing initially with lots of people questioning our reasoning rather than supporting the cause, it wasnt until Frank got involved, somebody who wasn’t local and had only spent a year in our company, once this virus is out of the way we will be doing a lot of stuff so keep an eye out, we have some big plans for next year being the 75th anniversary of the FA cup team ! Up the rams !

yes plus we have got the bids on graig brysons shirt currently at £1,200, two other shirts belonging to members at around £400 sibbos boots at £600 and curtis's shirt at £650 so far, its come together nicely with all of the fantastic donations and pledges from the great british public, really shows what can be done with a common cause, even Tim Hinchey III has been in contact and is sending over his club blazer made by Hugo Boss, hopefully lots more stuff to come.

Keep it up Loweman you (and your like) are a credit not only to yourself but an inspiration to all those Rams who would have liked to and wish to do something similar but for whatever reason never did.
Thank goodness for fans like you. Your the true life blood of all clubs, you keep their link going between the past and present.  
I said it before Mel if read's this forum we need a 'proper' museum to showcase the history of DCFC at Pride Park.
It should be a centrepiece  for fans, football supporters and the public of Derbyshire,  as the club is so much a part of our past history, our present and our future.

Special one today whilst thinking of this great man, for all he did for the city of Derby and grass roots football, always had a smile on his face and always welcomed visitors ! My son is directly benefiting from playing for Field Lane FC in Derby, one of the teams that he set up ! RIP Reg ♥️

A very special shirt from the Derby County archives, back to the halcyon days of 1968/71, it also appeared for a one of game at white hart lane in 1973/74, it would have been worn by Kevin Hector.

This time they got it right, exactly the same shirt design and material but now with the ram restored to full fitness, another lovely shirt from the memorable 1974/75 season. 

The very rare 1975/76 Bukta shirt with the “wonky” ram, hard to believe that the champions would take to the field with that ram on the shirt but they did !

for the match at Tottenham Hotspur in September 1973 the club used one of the old 1968-71 change kits – blue shirt with white shorts.
