Oxford a good side in this div, play the right way compared to most in league 1 but roughed it up when needed! So good too get of the mark against a decent side. 
 

Sibley changed game massively once we moved the ball faster we were a threat every time.

Striker different to collins needed another winger aswell, good start though up the rams

With McGolrick likely to miss Oxford I think that’s a very decent starting 11 seen as 3 weeks ago we had barely anything! Yeah we need more strength in depth but there’s 4/5 weeks left yet to get a couple decent loans in
