People who have obviously never been shopping before, who act with complete surprise when the checkout worker asks them to insert their card, wasting valuable seconds while they root around in their handbag for a purse, then shuffle through 10 cards to find the correct one.
No, we don't accept Blockbuster video cards, madam, seeing as they went bust a decade ago.
Neither do we accept Tesco club card vouchers either, seeing as you're in Sainsbury's, you tight fisted ****.
I'd honestly allow each hand held laser scanner to be loaded with a round of live ammunition, to be fired into the forehead of the 1st ******** each day to feign suprise at being asked to pay for their goods, for the good of society as a whole.
only the first?

Some very powerful and moving life experiences in this thread, and a lot of brave souls willing to share them with, let's face it , strangers . Maybe just writing them down and posting them on here is very good therapy . Great bunch of people on this site, I love you all ..
This forum never ceases to amaze me. I'm going through some ***** atm that I never thought would ever bother me. I'm old school, never admit I can't cope type of bloke, even now, typing this, I reckon i'm strong enough to battle through the stuff that' s going on around me yet I feel humbled by the people who've shared their innermost fears on here.
Is it braver to battle on or admit you need help?
fooked if I know?

I'm not happy with the dumping of the tv on our streets like this!
we need to make a stand.
Only 3 likes for that?

This was a serious topic. I wish you'd channel your puns elsewhere.

Made me laugh that someone had placed the remote with it.

Thought his early work at Everton was better tbh.
Seems he's elbowed his way into the mainstream now though.

9/10, some laugh out loud moments mixed with tear in the eye ones.
Well worth a watch for any football fan.

I have set myself a challenge for 2016. A New Years resolution.
I am going to drink more different beers this year than there are days in the year.. So far I have tried 32 different ones so I am slightly behind but I have the Super Bowl to bump up that total for me on Sunday! I will keep you up to date with my progress.
What a fantastic challenge!
Good luck.
I'm at the National Winter Ale Festival later this month (at the Roundhouse, Derby) and will attempt "The most different beers in 5 hours challenge"

The missus has had an ipad for Christmas.
Can she transfer Hayday from a Samsung tablet to the ipad, keeping the level she's on?
If so, how bloody hard is it to do?

My grandad had alzheimers, and it was horrible. My heart goes out to anyone who has any relation or friend suffering from it. When it really kicked in with him he thought he was 21 again, (I guess it was a good time for him) he was in a home and was trying it on with all the female guests there, he was a player in his day and that was his dominant characteristic that came out.
If you want to chat about drop me a pm.
Bloody hell rynny, hope I don't have to spend my last years chasing people down Dairy House Road to Ivy Square!
Me old man's got the vascular dementia type, he's fine at the moment but will gradually deteriorate.
