Like him or not and whether he buys the club to sell on rather than a hobby! Either way the club wins! Ashleys the man in my opinion!

This is the important part of the article, definitely seems like he’s very serious if that’s legitimate - better than anything I expected!

I am getting out of here Mucker; the negativity of far too many is getting me down, indeed beginning to boil my piss. Q will make season tickets available with some assurance of fan protection I am certain of that.
Up the Rams!

Well Q are waiting for some fool to come along (CK) and pay what they say they want whilst the three potential bidders who have run and owned football clubs won’t pay that much with good reason so I think Q are delusional whilst stopping us having new owners one way or the other. I am sure if MM hadn’t put us into administration we probably would have been sold by now and would still be in the championship. Being in administration has totally and utterly hamstrung us within a bunch of EFL rules and administrators who seem unable to sell the club or even have sensible, clear and open dialogue with the supporters, the EFL and potential buyers apparently.
I am very concerned, 9 months in administration and we should have been sold by last January. The supporters, the team and management team didn’t fail when needed but I’d say the administrators and EFL have failed when needed to do what was expected.

I see Nixon is going on about the stadium plus bid again.
And involving them in paying June's wages as they'd eventually be part of the whole deal.
Nixon is exceling himself today in saying lots and saying nothing (trust me on that I'm an expert ? ? )!

Surely the admins have given a date to get all bids in ? I just want to get back to ‘ why an earth have we signed him’ ?

So sick of all this speculation. I know it’s ridiculous but can quantuma come out at least with another one of their “everything’s ok don’t worry” statement?
Better still, let’s have a preferred bidder announcement so that we have a bit more certainty!

To be fair to Ashley, i think were about to see a master class in how to force a deal in his favour! He talks sense about paying rent on the stadium! Id be happy with him or Appelby!
Personal i think a bunch of rich blokes fighting it out to buy us is good for the club! Means they see potential and are serious about buying!

De22Ram reacted to Ted McMinn Football Genius in The Administration Thread
The deal with the ground astounds me, Mel Morris is in debt to MSD for £20m allegedly… I’m struggling with why the prospective new owners must pay this debt off entirely.
Why can’t it be a contribution of a lesser amount say £10m, 1/2 the alleged debt and this allows all potential bidders the opportunity to rectify the ? show that MM left us in.
Surely for MM and from a business POV, a contribution towards the debt is better option than bring left with the entire debt and no tenants!
Just a thought ??
