Yeah it is like a cheesy disco with all the music 🙈 cringy af them all arse licking! I love the actual boxing but hate, with a passion the politics etc! Like football really, like the game hate the money etc!

That's the one that jumped out to me first too! You expect Opetaia to be too much but as an undercard fight that's bloody decent! I don't think Briedis has fought since the last fight? 
You've got the up and coming 54 year old with a dodgy passport Frank Sanchez. A man following in the footsteps of Luis Ortiz as the most overrated boogeyman that nobody wants to fight (but really nobody is ducking him). He's actually got something of a test to find out if he is actually even worth mentioning as a contender. I'm thinking this might be the best fight.
Kovalev and Cordina I imagine will put on a good show. Kovalev has lost that menacing image but his opponent looks like he's brought in to either drop or be dropped. KO is surely guaranteed, you think? Cordina should be comfortable but entertaining 
The real fight is John Fury v Bellew, Froch and the entire world. There's not a man born from his mother that John wouldn't fight. He's a fighting man. I think we've seen in the last few years that he's fearless. He's called them all out. Mike Tyson, Jake Paul, Carl Frampton, Dean Whyte... There's so many that have ducked him. He's coming off the back of a defeat to Garber but having had 30 years to reflect you have to think he'll be much improved and ready to show that KO power he displayed in February 1990.

It's really difficult watching people crawl up the nearest Saudi Prince bumhole. They get worse every fight. 
Can you not just say nothing? Is it in the contract that you have to hold hands and heap praise on his excellency. 

Good undercard too! 

What I mean by overrated is Usyk doesn't have that one punch power. Not even at cruiser. His first HW fight was against Wetherspoon and he lacked power. Against Chisora, he lacked even the power to get enough respect to stop Chisora walking him down. Against Dubois he did get knocked around at times even while catching shots on the gloves. 
Obviously this is without mentioning that what he does have is that off beat excellent ability and agility that's elite level. 
 
But, stick with me, I still think that if there's a heavyweight who's willing to take 3 or 4 to get in, get on him, rough him up and get some hard shots doubling up to the body and finishing with a chin test... I think he struggles with the size 
As ludicrous as it sounds, I still think Joshua can beat Usyk. His performances were terrible, especially the second one where he did almost exactly the same. But Usyk felt that power and to his credit he upped the workrate to hide his discomfort. But Joshua was too tentative. It's about finding a way in and all Joshua wanted to do was get a bit closer and drop the odd bomb. 
This is where I have always thought Tyson can do it. He has the weight and mass to take a few hits. He's not scared of being dropped. He's always composed and switched on in big fights. They've all got the weight advantage in the clinch (Joshua should have developed his pathetic clinch game for fight 2) 
Usyk knows what's coming though and is arguably a better, busier boxer. 
I'm with you on a good big 'un beats a good small 'un. If Joshua fought like the bigger guy I think he could beat Usyk. He was too clean. 

Nigel Clough showed on a number of occasions that he could set up a team to play beautiful football. Easily rivalling that of Mac1. 
 
Just a shame he was always quick to put the brakes on to drag us to 50 points - but with a bottom 6 budget he did brilliantly when you consider what he inherited.

For me its fury all day long tho, he can switch hit! Derek gave usyk problems, bellew was arguably up on points before usyk worked him out and dropped him, debous, altho a low blow imo, did get to the body! 
 
Usyk is no spring chicken, lot of amateur fights, plus furys the type of boxer who gets up for the big dangerous fights! Like you say, a good big en beats a good lil en imo!
If usyk does beat him then fair play, he goes down as one of the best boxers of our era, to be fair already is even if he loses! I just hope there is some action and its not just a fury shut out boxing behind the jab! To people who know boxing its a masterclass, to the casuals its boring and he wont get his dues!

I think furys to big for him! Fury either stops him or wins on points for me! I think usyk is a great boxer but just to small at the weight, dont see how he beats fury! If he gets in close fury will tie him up or clip him coming in! Then fury just works behind his jab and drops the odd bomb at range! Be interesting to see what fury weighs, he looks light!
 
As for the rest of the furys, shanes the only one worth listening to! John always plays the clown trying to entertain people!

Surely the big fight here is someone getting in the ring with a near 60 yr old bloke, who lost to a bloke I'd have gone 10 rounds in his last jaunt about 20 years by refusing to get off his stole. 
I think the winner of Fury/Usyk should fight Jake Paul and render him comatose in 30 seconds.  Then we stop being bothered by his shitshow.

That would obviously be the ideal scenario but I do wonder if the better players (hopefully that’s where we’re looking) attract more interest and may take a little longer to sign up  unless the club is prepared to see off any competition with a crazy bid (and wages offer) especially if their agents are doing there job properly.
Time for patience me thinks.

To get popped for PEDs in this day and age there either stupid or it was a genuine mistake! Either one shouldnt happen! 
 
And i mean stupid because theyve got caught! You cant just juice up and not get caught! They have to micro dose and if they do it properly its hard for vada to catch them! Theres a really good podcast on boxing news about it! Well worth a listen! Its rife in pro boxing! Another reason i prefer the anateurs lol!

As Derby are re born...surely it's time we named the South Stand and the rest of them for that matter.  Not a fan of a sponsored stand as they come and go...apart from the Toyota West stand.  We could go back to an old stand name from the BBG, a Legend or something completely new and fresh?
