I disagree. Steve Mac came in, assessed the squad, and built a system around the players we had. Once we started playing to our strengths, we rocketed up the table.
I do agree we had no plan b at times, but I still think that fitting the system around the players you have is the way to succeed in football. Very, very few managers will have the luxury of having a squad of hand picked players, bought for their own system.
There's no shame in failing as a manager at a club. It doesn't mean you're a bad person, or bad manager. Clough failed at Leeds. Sometimes it just doesn't work.

Absolutely agree. I travelled home and away during that -21 point season and I've never been prouder to be a Rams fan. Feels like a thousand years ago.

Agreed. I can understand some of it to a point, and don’t want to get into the blame game as to why, just sad that the unity of a couple of years ago feels like such a distant memory.

I'd say if you cannot score a goal there is a lot wrong. You can't win games if you don't score.

11 points off the top with a quarter of the season gone is embarrassing. 

This is what worries me the most at the moment. Currently Wildsmith, Cashin, Fozzy, Nyambe, Bird, Thompson, Robinson, Sibley, Hourihane, Smith, Barkhuizen, NML, Collins and Waggy are all out of contract at the end of the season. A good chunk of those will likely have offers elsewhere from clubs that will be above 11th in League One. Any progress we make this season, which so far is looking minimal, will immediately be wiped and we'll be starting fresh again. Based on what Warne has dished up so far I do not trust him with that rebuild and if we get that one wrong, we might be down here for a few years.

It's heartbreaking to hear the fans so frustrated, seemingly most weeks now.
But they're absolutely right to let the team know how they feel. It costs so much money to travel like they do, and watch the games week in week out. You can't just take our excellent support for granted.

We ARE 11th and the same distance from autos as the relegation zone. Simply not good enough for a club with the budget we have and the playing staff we have to us.

Difficult to gauge how good/bad we were from listening to Radio Derby - those of you watching on RamsTV calling it out as bad.
Our captain arguing with Derby County fans after the final whistle says it all, really. 
Perhaps a silver lining after a bad week that I stayed at home.

It’s surprising how much a change of coaching can change players overnight. Confidence and belief is a huge part of football and at the minute we have neither.
My biggest fear is that we continue this way, lose the actual talented players in our team and then have a team of players who are average League 1 players at best.

Gary Rowett would be a massive upgrade. And I think Rowett is a dreadful manager.

There are some people who seem to have convinced themselves that Warne is a fantastic manager at this level (regardless of any other considerations - club, squad, whatever) and seem to be willing to believe literally anything to avoid having to confront the reality that he really isn't.

I disagree. These players are a lot better than what they’re showing.
They may not buy in to what they’re being told to do or have lost confidence, but this group of players should be performing a lot higher than they are.

Just because the Morris years were toxic with hiring/firing doesn’t mean DCFC cannot sack a manager ever again.
Seeing things like “give him till December”!!!??? It’s abundantly clear he’s not up to the job. Get him gone before any more damage is done. Small mentality manager at a big club. 

And anyone wanting him gone will be called toxic, repetitive, told we're enjoying this etc etc etc
