When Warnock was interviewed after their pre season game he replied with “We’ll see how it develops” 

To me there is a deal to be done. However, wages might be the hurdle….

In terms of value and upside, I doubt there will be many better options available to us this summer in that position. 

Would have been a good option instead of Washington, but I really think that we need that stellar striker signing with experience of getting goals in either league 1 or the championship. Matty Godden would be my choice.

Big rumours around Sam Smith going to Reading. 

A big no for me! A strike force of Collins Sharp, and Washington would worry me going into the season, especially with the sheer amount of games in the season.

Depends what QPR and Ipswich are offering. If he wants to be playing week in and week out, Pride Park is the destination!

Good player at this level, if we could get him at a nominal fee then it would definitely fit in with Warne’s recruitment strategy of getting players who can play in both the championship and league 1

Bradley would be a statement signing for us this window. A proper leader and the type of player who will help drag you out of the division.

Absolutely spot on mate! Alex Scott got 2 goals from 47 games at Bristol last year and they want 22 million for him. On paper that makes no sense whatsoever, but it’s what the player brings to the team not what a sheet of paper says.

Would take Finn Azzaz in a heartbeat at no 10

I’d be all for it if he’s was to come! Right age, and someone who by all account works his socks off. However like Knight, he’d want to stay in the champ to maintain his international spot. If Blackburn were to offer him a deal, I’d imagine he’d opt to stay in the Championship. 

Uche Ikpeazu is a left field option. Left Middlesbrough for Turkey and hasn’t set the world to light. Big powerful CF who shone in Wycombe’s promotion team.

Would absolutely love Bradley to come here! Proper captain material and would be imposing on the middle of the 3! 

Underwhelmed if it’s a loan. The lads a  great age and if I were Ipswich I’d be driving the lad to Derby tonight, because if he shines in a Rams shirt, you could easily add a couple of mill onto his price tag. 

Think we’ll see Washington come in myself. Let’s hope Rotherham have decided to let him go, rather than us paying for him. Any news @Big Trav
