They got 2 bookings to our 5, the most stupid booking (by the Ref) was Sibley's, he had to wait to take the throwing when the ref allowed Charlton to make substitutions, then SECONDS later booked him for time wasting ? The Stats for fouls in the match, was 15 by Charlton and 12 by Derby. I know that good and bad decisions by refs normally end up being 50/50 but not what I've seen in this League one.
This was made worse for me that every time they had a throw in first half, one player would stand with the ball for a period of time then drop it to allow another player to come and take it. The referee did not once speak with any of the players involved or even ask them to speed up.

We drive to Stanmore, just South West of Watford, then take the tube from there, and I don’t think that the tubes are affected by the strikes.
No they aren’t, Charlton isn’t on the underground though.

East midlands rail affected by strikes on saturday, curious how are folk going to be getting there?
Plenty of rail is running, so drive part of the way, park and then rail in is what we are doing.

1985/86 we won 3-0 away
Score 3-0 to Derby County CompetitionLeague Division Three Attendance 13,086 https://www.11v11.com/matches/notts-county-v-derby-county-08-march-1986-140607/
I cannot find the match report but Notts were averaging around 3000 for their home games and 13000 against us. https://nottinghamshirefootball.com/carousel/ncfc8586.html
From memory we had around 9000 there, I stood on the terrace behind the goal.
PS it was a Saturday not Tuesday.

Think that was around 92/93 season I remember pembridge scoring really early, I think we signed pembridge in the summer of 92 when Blackburn and ourselves were the big spenders of English football

I loved the 2-0 win early on v Notts , first local kinda derby
Hoping this season we can get motoring with a couple more signings we are still in this…
Was that the Tuesday night game ? Didn’t we take near 9000 ?

They did exacrly this on our last visit to Charlton. Each block tentatively released even though postal deadline gets ever closer & we are close to selling out. As I recall last time at Charlton, the smallest block was never opened even though everything else had virtually sold out...ended up being pay on the day which people were unlikely to risk given how close we were to selling out.
Probably needs formally asking (SCG question?) but I'd like to see all away blocks released at the start of sales. We are very likely to sell out all of allocations anyway, it rewards most loyal away fans with their chosen seats and also gives everyone true picture of allocation & sales for that given match.
The away team dictate how the blocks are sold, Police also have a hand in it too. It is frustrating though I agree.

Sorry should be a footy forum but it just got to me.
The rail industry salary figures are provided by the ONS. Unions argue that it is not accurate as it excludes cleaners from the calculations.

There is no it a published one, the ticket office email is regularly checked though as an alternative.

Should be awarded it just in time for it to be blamed for the February meltdown…

I’m not bothered going out of the competition but that performance was 🐶 💩

This is an interesting article. Collins is ahead of where McGoldrick was at this stage last season. Honestly baffles me the stick he gets, yesterday he was everywhere working hard for the team. 16 goals so far.

No, theirs was a deliberate ploy to time waste at every single throw in until they went behind. Ours is as you say down to lack of tactical nouse.
