I do love a good curry, and as it’s difficult to get one over here I do try to get my fix when I’m back home, but if we are talking a true English dish it would probably be fish and chips. A visit to Blighty isn’t complete without my fish and chips. Then there are the foods which I get cravings for that are impossible to find close to where I live. Rhubarb and gooseberries for example. Anyway back on topic, giant prawns with homemade alioli and cayenne pepper, followed by a griddled rare rib eye with a mixed salad, all washed down with a glass of Rioja.

yeh or take it late and get the extra month on the 'disk'.  They are quite strict down here with roadside checks every other week.  Once bought a demonstrator car and they are deemed a form of public transport with first review at 2 years.  Stood at roadside with policia with neither of us able to work out why this sparkling car was showing up as in breach, quite funny until he fined me!

That's not the eye, I thought it was TBF, but it isn't ......................whole different thread.

To say i’m disappointed with this news would be putting it mildly. I know that the club aren’t to blame, but how can the EFL not include these games. The two (hopefully three ??) biggest games of the season and they won’t let overseas fans watch them. What excuse do they come up with? Home based fans will just go down to the nearest pub to watch. There is no need to “catch a last minute flight” as they will be easily available. I can understand cup games not being screened, but this is part of the EFL season, no matter that it is extended.

Hopefully the name of the restaurant isn’t what you end up with afterwards

Today’s trip out was a visit to the only locally born lad to have won two football league championship trophy’s with the Rams, he was there before Clough arrived and survived Docherty, he was head coach and played over 540 games for us, a solid defender who played alongside Todd, McFarland and Nish and formed that legendary back line, it was of course Ronnie Webster.
i took my lad along to this one instead of my dad as I wanted to get Jordan to meet another one of the few.
we were made instantly welcome by Ron, his wife and his son Drew.
he was really interested in the stuff that I took along for him to sign for me.
he has also promised to find out some old shirts for me.
apparently he has a Juventus shirt in the loft that he swapped in the European cup semi final, that would be nice to see ! ?
really friendly and had some great tales, as always can’t say much on here but he was not the biggest fan of Peter Taylor and wasn’t to pleased the Roy McFarland sacked him when he took over from Peter Taylor.
he was looking fit and well and is another one that has no real interest in football these days.
jordan didn’t let me down, this time I went outside to find he had stripped off and was in the pool with Ron’s granddaughter!
luckily everybody saw the funny side of it again, he really is making a habit of it !
