Ed Dawes on Radio Derby saying he’s been told by sources that Kirchner’s deal will collapse today. Kirchner has put no money in himself yet, the wages were paid by someone else close to the club (not Mel Morris).

    When was that?
    this is getting stupid now.

Hasn't the possibility of ground sharing been ruled out because of Mel's loans to the club being dependent on continued use of Pride Park?

So, it's not even a possibility.

That's Mel's loan not Derby's if I understand it right.

He took that loan out against the company that owns Pride Park which isn't Derby County.

Either way it should in future be made into a Heritage site or a Local site of Interest to stop people from taking it away from the club.

Maybe he was just pulling out the chair, and getting his platinum-coated bic out, ready to sign the paperwork at Deepdale, when his 'phone pinged, and he read the text from Q... "Chris stop theres been a development stop i think we can still do a deal stop call me stop regards andrew stop C/O a bigger club stop LOL stop"

CK then waves a cheery yet polite apologetic wave to the heartland of Lancashire-shire, and promptly catches the 14:37 to Derby.

So as you can see, it's quite possible... if not entirely so probable... that absolutely nothing had "gone wrong" as you put it!

...Unless you meant for PNE... LOL!

    Or Maybe....

We're the Derby Boys (and girls) making all the Noise every where we go...

He paused and he thought them lot are real Fans they will stick by me I'm not passing up on a proper Footballing Town.

I’d be surprised if Q take it down the arbitration route. The lesser cost is offset by the far higher risk associated with the EFL not being impartial. We’d never get a result in our favour through arbitration so no point bothering. High Court route is far more likely now they’ve opened up that possibility for us.

What down the abitration route again you mean?
